Great first appointment with Rachel today for a restyle. She was very professional and took the time to explain what she doing, which products she was using and how to style. Thrilled with my hair and excited to try out the dark oil shampoo longer term. Have booked in for a return appointment.

Never had a bad haircut from Hannah. Wouldn’t go to another hairdresser.

Lyn is a brilliant hairdresser, and kind with a sense of humour and she is a great communicator and gets to know her clients and cares hugely
Discusses styles, she knows how to “read” hair and she is the most personable girl
It’s not just about the cut, which is amazing, it’s everything in one and she has it in buckets

Not quite what my son wanted. A bit disappointed by it. Too short and not styled as he requested. Also hair was left wet, no styling or finish. Charged nearly 40 for something he’s really unhappy with and wasn’t styled dry so he could see what it might have looked like Don’t know the stylist. Won’t be back based on this service.

I love having my hair cut at Salon Francis. The cut is expert and all staff are very friendly and helpful. The salon is very well run and Gary’s advice is always spot on.

Pamela as my colourist and Caroline as my stylist are a dream team. They are both firsts class professionals at what they do and how they welcome me into the salon. I’ve been coming to them for over 20 years and their attention to my hair care has never faltered. They provide me with a consultation every time I visit before touching my hair - and I’ve never felt taken for granted in all this time. Thank you both and to everyone running the salon.
