This review is for both Steph & Giles in terms of their individual skills & talent. Steph is a superb colourist & as well as creating fabulous impact with colour, is collaborative with the client in making changes to achieve this. Giles I've known 20 yrs & his rapport with the client, warmth & wonderful scissor skills are fabulous, hence numerous recommendations to friends across the years. Warm& engaging makes for a pleasurable salon experience.

My first time at This salon and I was really pleased I felt at ease with Giles he was really friendly and talked me though what he was doing to my hair. Where some hairdressers don’t talk to you for an hour whilst cutting your hair. I shall be visiting again

The toilets were spotlessly clean and tidy , hand get was available in the toilets and by the till .
I am highly recommend the KH salon and the amazing hard working team .

After over 20 years of visiting the salon every few weeks I was so sad to have a break of almost 4 months, but yesterday's appointment with Donya was lovely. She is so friendly and knows my hair so well that she understands exactly how to cut it to make it look its best. I came out feeling brilliant!
I must add that my previous cut in March was so good that it lasted almost the whole of lockdown . Thank you! x

I was really impressed with how organised and safe my appointment felt. Despite all the changes it still felt relaxed and was thrilled with how my hair looked at the end of my appointment. Thank you Giles.

The salon was very well organised. Split shifts mean there are never many people in. Equipment, chairs etc. all sanitised before use. Atmosphere was stress free and I felt safe and relaxed. Brilliant colour too! After 4 months of neglect my hair was very different and they were really happy to adapt my colour to suit - didn't just do the 'same old same old'. Took time to understand.

Great service as usual, all safety measures in place. It was lovely to be pampered again, especially at 7 months pregnant.

Long awaited hair cut & colour. The salon has kicked C19s ass with all staff being professional. I was not rushed in any way I was undecided about the colour and both Donya & Phoebe were excellent in their advice. I live in Cumbria and will continue to travel the distance to get my hair done by both these skilled, experienced hair stylists, they are brilliant at their job! Thank you.

Thank you to Steph and the Team for making me feel at ease, for my first appointment since ‘lock down’. Every safety precaution was taken by the Staff, who all wore Face Masks. First visit to your salon, lovely, friendly welcome. I was a bit hesitant, due to it being the first day of everything opening after lockdown but I was made to feel very welcome and I felt at ease.
Lauren was chatty, friendly and knowledgeable and it’s the best cut I’ve had in a few years.

Really glad the salon is up and running again and top marks for creating a great atmosphere whilst also totally providing a safe, socially distanced haircut environment. I have been a client at Keith Hall Lichfield for the past 26 years with Donya as my stylist and Steph as my colourist. These two lovely ladies are excellent at their work and I always come out feeling uplifted. Everyone is so lovely and friendly here, I would definitely recommend Keith Hall if you are looking for a change of salon.
