From first conssult to actually having my gair cut today, i felt listened to, Donja asked lots of questions, gave her opinion and as a result i have left loving my cut. Really happy and will be going back.

The colour is fab and my hair cut I can't thank James enough it's the best hair cut and style iv had for a long time every one was so friendly and welcoming. I left feeling over the moon thank you so much to the lady that colour my hair I can't remember her name but definitely would go to her next time and thanks to James he new what hair style to do that suit ed me so as I'm so happy I'll be going back all the time. Xx

From my initial consultation with both James and Phoebe, I felt they both understood what I was looking to achieve.
My appointment was for a full head highlights with Phoebe, who created exactly the colour and even result I had hoped for, very happy.
I then had a cut with James, who had remembered the pictures I had briefly show him the week before. He understood what I wanted and I am very happy with the e d result.
This was my first experience and I will definitely be making my next appointment soon.

Both Steph & Giles are fabulous. Steph is a brilliant colourist, initially taking time to talk through options of wsrm/cool colours. She's focused on every detail to deliver a fabulous outcome. Giles has cut my hair 30+ years and is a magician with his scissors. Warm, welcoming, attentive. Highly recommend KH Lichfield.

Always friendly excellent service

First visit in 2 years, due to hair extensions being recently removed- & it was absolutely heavenly! My hair is very naturally curly & wild, but needs gentle care due to having extensions for such a long time.
Lauren was very kind & attentive, giving my scalp & hair a much needed treatment & trim. Very happy to be back in such capable hands & my favourite salon.
