Nice welcome and atmosphere,never felt rushed which is nice.very friendly,nice coffee.pleased with my visit.

My first time with Viki luvly lady really knew everything there is to know about hair products, & hair styles.

I cannot ‘gush’ enough and recommend this Salon and the most talented hairstylist I’ve ever had.

Really feel that I am listened to and treated with calm reassurance by James. After having a bad experience at a different salon James has carefully and slowly gained my confidence and consequently I have a great hair style now.

Always look forward to my hair appointments. I come away feeling refreshed and with a super cut as always, but not just that I feel as if my trip lets me have a good wind down, being spoilt by the whole service of the team still after being a client for at least 25 years.

Pleased with Kavita's technique

Many thanks to Kavita for fitting me in for a haircut and blow-dry today. As always she made an excellent job of it. Even my husband commented how beautiful it looked, so I'm not exaggerating! Thanks also to Lauren for an excellent shampoo and head massage. Even the awful rain could not dampen my sense of "feeling good" as I left the salon.

my hair done, Phoebe is brilliant with colour, and today James performed magic with scissors. So reassuringly consistent.

I would never go anywhere else to have my hair cut other than with James . He knows my hair and what I want all the family come to him as well ,

A regular visit yesterday but left with a new style, which James just did to match my hair type and it feels great. Always a treat. The head massage during conditioning is soooo good.

I’ve been with KH for the last 33 years and would never trust my hair with any othe hairdresser.

After Evie working her magic last time, I was very happy with the results!!! 😍 However, the greys soon crept back in and my hair needed some extra coverage this time. So we went with a more chocolatey colour on the roots, and for the lengths, some spectacular blonde dimensional balayage!! Add olaplex, a quick trim & bouncy blowdry, and you have one very happy customer 🥰 A million thanks Evie, missing you already!!! 💞

Good hair cut as usual

I have returned to Keith Hall after 10 years going to a local salon. The service, and care taken by the staff is excellent. Lily, doing colour, Kavita doing cut and Evie did my blow dry today. The welcome back is much appreciated.
