Very nice - it took a few visits for James to appreciate exactly what I was looking for but I think we are now on the same wave length.

I have been having my hair cut by Giles for years
I would not swop him for anyone
He is great and a brilliant stylist

Have been using KH in Lichfield for a few years now. All the staff are friendly, the salon feels comfortable & stylish without feeling too ‘corporate’. James does my hair, he listens to me, makes suggestions, & checks with me as he’s cutting. They sell products in the salon, but no-one has ever never tried to push me to buy anything (unlike some salons I’ve been to). I would absolutely recommend.

I really appreciate all the time and trouble that Donya goes to to ensure that I am 100% happy with my hair.

All was very Covid safe. Professional as always by Giles (and Emma today). I have been having my hair cut and styled for 26 years by Giles always listens to you and gives you the perfect cut. A great team working with him too.

It has been a couple of years since I visited Keith Hall. I have never been able to find a hairdresser who can tame my wild hair. Donya works absolute miracles. She listens to what style I wanted and takes her time. There is no rush to her styling. She is also so friendly. I will definitely be visiting again on a regular basis. Once you find the stylist who cuts your hair to perfection you don’t want to find anyone else

Absolutely amazing service, can’t thank lily enough she was so lovely and cheerful - she did an amazing job with my hair and was so helpful in explaining everything would definitely recommend to anyone and can’t wait to return again! Overall an amazing experience :)

Beautiful cut by Donya. Previous haircut elsewhere felt beyond rectification. Managed to get a last minute, next morning, cancellation at KH Hair. Donya transformed my hair and I'm very happy with my new style. I left this salon some months ago to try a more local recommended salon, having moved away from the area. Previously had Giles at KH cut my hair... who is also fantastic. Both are very good at listening, advising and creating just as discussed :-)

James listens to what I want but also had ideas of his own. I never come away disappointed I can’t see any reason ever to change my stylist

So relieved to get my hair coloured and cut after lockdown!! Colour looks fabulous and my cut is brilliant by Giles he must have lopped 6 inches off! Giles curled my hair at told me these soft curls are the latest fashion.... very funny on a woman of 61!!???

As always a lovely friendly welcome at Keith Hall Lichfield . I sat down and James then spoke to me with regards to what I wanted , which I’m never 100% sure of exactly how I’d like it cut but I leave it in James hands . The lady who washed my hair was lovely and friendly and polite and checked I was on abd the water was ok with me and massaged my hair and scalp in a way that felt perfect for how I like it too once seated again James got to work and transformed my hair from being too long flat and shapeless to a lovely bibbed style , checking i was ok with it . I never feel it is rushed when I come here even though my hair is thick and takes time to be dried properly . I’m more than happy with my cut and discussed coming for strand tests for colouring prior to my wedding next year . Overall I can not fault my experience , James or this salon which is why I have kept on coming back for years .

Giles is really nice guy he puts me at ease, as I have low self-esteem and sometimes I don’t talk to people or people don’t talk to me. But Giles the first day I met him he was nice and he knows what I want and helps me make the decisions. And that is why I keep coming back So thankyou.

Lauren coloured my hair - she's great at her job and a very friendly person. James is always lovely and, of course, an excellent stylist.

My thanks to Steph and James for making me feel great following my appointment yesterday. So glad to be back with you all. Really missed getting my hair done. As they say it’s your crowning glory ?

First time attending this salon amazing experience Giles really know what he is talking about I have been put of having my hair cut for many year as I could never find someone that I like to cut my hair however I will definitely be going back to Giles and I feel confident enough to say do what ever you like

Listened to what I wanted and carried it out expertly. Gave advice when asked.

Always a professional experience with a smile. There’s a sense that you can sit back, relax and chat or simply read if this is the way it takes you on the day. Lauren is always ready to answer any hair questions too. When Covid allows for us to have a cuppa again the experience will be complete.

Always does a good job. Much harder this time because my hair was so long after 5 months ?

As most of us were, I was really looking forward to my long awaited haircut. James and the team were there usual amazing best and it was good to see them after nearly four months away! Loved my super relaxing conditioning massage, followed by a great and much needed restyle, you forget how great a haircut can make you feel, but even more so having to wait so long - so glad you all made it through. See you in 6 weeks!!
