It was my first visit at your salon, my appointment was with Lily, on arrival I was offered a drink, which was appreciated and very nicely presented, I was also offered further drinks by Lily.
Lily did a lovely job with my hair, she gave me very useful tips on how to maintain my hair as I was concerned with it thinning, overall it was a very pleasurable experience and will definitely be visiting again,

Many thanks to Giles, who not only cuts hair well, is entertaining, and got Grace (Thankyou Grace) to go and pay my Parking fee when the blasted PayByPhone app decided not to work - apparently a common occurrence in Lichfield car parks at the moment

After nearly 8 weeks of having to do without my normal 5/6 weekly hair treat in Kavita's experienced hands, I'm back to my normal self and feel much better for it!

Yesterday evening I had the pleasure of my own little cousin Evie cutting my hair as part of her training (with guidance from Kavita).. she was very thorough and showed full understanding of the task at hand. She asked me questions about the desired length and even gave me advice on hair products to help with my psoriasis. I came away feeling very pleased with the hair cut as it was to the high standard of Keith Hall professionals.
