I can’t say I ever come out feeling like I’ve had a ‘salon experience’. I have extremely thick, long hair and you always insist on blow drying with fingers. Hair is never sectioned off, or blow dried with a round brush, the dryer is just blasted at your head until your hair is dry. This results in my hair basically feeling like it’s plastered to the top of my head, zero height at all. Perhaps im old school, but hair should be blow dried with a round brush. I do a better job of this myself at home. I really begrudge paying £50 to £60 for a hair cut and blow dry, when I feel there’s very low effort. The cut has never been an issue, however I think that the whole experience could be better. I’ve been a few times now and haven’t felt completely happy on any occasion. I will go somewhere from now on.

I've been a client of KH Lichfield for decades & both Steph & Giles are my 'go to' in that time. Steph is a magician with colour brushes & expert advice on warmth / coolness of tones. Giles is superb with his scissors & style and the trust I have in him & his team sees my return across many years. Highly recommend.

I really loved my experience today - relaxing head massage, excellent coffee and super stylist.

Both Kavita and Pheobe were amazing. I was nervous about getting my hair done after years of wearing my hair in dreadlocks, I need not have been. I gave them free reign with my hair, and the results were outstanding. Everything about the day in the salon was fantastic, hair, coffee and conversation!

Grace took care of me today and did a cracking job in the absence of my usually lovely stylist Lily. You can brighten anyone’s day Grace. Thanks for your lovely manner and care.
