As always a lovely colour, fabulous team and Ella is a credit to Francesco. She is always friendly, she listens to what you want and I am very satisfied with the end product.

So, where to begin! My hair was just yuck (sad face) it was dry, knotty, brassy and dull, I could go on! But not anymore. I booked a consultation with Sarah in the hope that my hair could be saved and she did not disappoint. All the options, outcomes and costs were explained to me clearly, no jargon and I didn't feel I was being pushed in to having anything done or rushed to make a decision. Everyone at the salon was welcoming and had a friendly smile. I couldn't be happier and feel like the Belle of the ball. Thank you Sarah and Team x

I'm absolutely delighted with my Haircut, she provided an excellentservice. From the description I gave her of how I wanted my hair to look, Claire managed to improve upon how I had visualised the finished cut to look.

Absolutely amazing, decided after years that I wanted to go back to my natural brunette colour but leave some of my blonde so it wouldn’t be too much of a change, and Clare made me fall in love with it. My hair already feels healthier.

I try to grow my hair but usually give in and get it cut short as it goes straggly. But I have been having it trimmed and the layers reshaped every 8 weeks or so and it is in good condition and growing well. Maybe I will finally succeed. Thank you Sarah. Always a pleasure to see you. You have been looking after my hair for at least 7 or 8 years now and have always cut it well. Not easy with my curly mop!

I felt at ease as soon as I entered the Donnington salon. It was lovely to talk to Sarah about how I was feeling about my hair, she made me feel very comfortable and explained what she would be doing at my next hair appointment. A very good experience.

I have used the salon for many years, but recently my stylist left. Today I had my hair done with Betty for the first time and I am on love with it. She nailed the colour and style, I must have come across as very picky when discussing what I was hoping to achieve.

She took her time to talk me through each step and check I was happy. As someone who suffers with anxiety, and change Betty really made my time in the salon relaxing.

A good experience Sarah understands the look I'm hoping to achieve in time. .sha also listens when I say "just the tiniest ends off" so overall I'm pleased .

Another lovely haircut done by Ella. Since I came to Ella my hair is in much better condition, more thicker and fuller as I have always had very fine hair. She also advises me on the best hair products to use on my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

I came in for the first time for a colour and cut. Best thing I ever did! Colour is amazing! Has a lovely natural tone to it but it some lights has a pinkish tone to it which I love!!! Betty did my cut and blow dry which was gorgeous she did exactly what I wanted and my hair looks amazing!!! Brought some products as well which I can't wait to use! A credit to the business these ladies! See you soon!

Sorry can’t remember both girls names !! What a fantastic experience, the girls had such vast knowledge and were able to deal with condition issues and offer sound advice and products to use to rectify damaged hair, and my daughter left looking a million dollars , she loves her hair- we will never visit another salon again - we are here to stay!

Unfortunately poor service today and hair cut not what was wanted at all.

However they did rectify things as best they could as soon as the issue was raised.

As always I came away from the Salon feeling 100% better , I have naturally curly hair and for years haven’t been able to find someone who can cut it and style it as I like , until someone told me about Sarah at Francesca’s , she knows how curly hair works and it’s always spot on.
