Betty is fantastic. She listens, gets to know your style, colour and condition of your hair and can be relied on to get things right every single time.
However, if not for Betty, then I am afraid I would need to shop around as the prices in the salon have escalated so much in a short space of time. I understand the escalating employer costs but it is just too hard on the bank balance.

1st time at the salon after moving from Buckinghamshire to Shropshire and I hadn’t had a haircut in a good while. Clare was really thorough in asking all the right questions for the style I wanted and it came out perfectly. I had booked a conditioning treatment and Clare recommended an alternative which was more suitable (and cheaper). Going back to get my colour done soon and highly recommend the salon which was clean, tidy and modern with friendly and attentive staff.

They could not do the hair style I requested. so disappointed , they really messed up my hair. My husband and my girls were not impressed with the results either. The back was cut uneven so returned to get it fixed, which I was charged for. Even after this the haircut was well below acceptable standards and had to be fixed at home .My friend told me her experience was not good too, she wasn’t happy. Either her colouring. I would avoid wasting your time and money. Never again .

Sharna and Betty did my initial consultations and were so kind and helpful! They really listened to my vision and assisted me in deciding on the best approach to suit my hair type. During my practical appointment, I had the pleasure of having my highlights done by Betty, my toner by Leonie and my cut by Clare. They were all so personable and easy to talk to, making the experience even smoother.
