As with my previous appointment, I found Siobhan really welcoming & professional, she discussed with me how I'd like my hair styled and the result was even better than I had imagined. I really enjoy coming into the salon, everyone is friendly and professional and just completely contrasts to previous salons I have been to.

I received a thorougher consultation prior to service, Heather was very polite and made me feel at ease. All the staff were lovely and provided me with hot beverages and ensured I was comfortable whilst the colour was developing. I was very happy with the end result and will be returning for future treatments.

Alicia was very professional in her job. She always smiled and was very polite. She made sure I was comfortable and was happy. Alicia went above and beyond.

Siobhan always does an excellent cut and finish with my hair, listens to my requirements and gives me good advice and suggestions. The whole experience is always good from start to finish. I'm always well looked after with drinks whilst I'm there, and feel comfortable and relaxed.

Made a last minute booking at a salon I’d never been to before. Gosh, from the welcome I received, to the very detailed consultation , followed by a brilliant cut/blow dry, I can’t give this salon anything but 5 stars ⭐️

I normally have Sam to do my colour but as she’s on holiday Siobhan did it. Siobhan always cuts and styles my hair so I know how brilliant she is. She did an excellent job as always. Steph washed my hair and dried and straightened it. What a lovely girl and she did a fantastic job. My experience is always lovely. All staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. I look forward to my appointments which are so relaxing. Love this salon and love the staff.

Always a lovely experience with talented stylists and colourists, kept well refreshed with coffee and tea. The hot towel provided after washing is much nicer than the cold damp disposable towels.

I’ve been going to Heather for years now and I can honestly say she is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. She is polite, kind and funny. She always meets my expectations when it comes to my hair and gives the best advice on how to proceed with the colour or even the condition of your hair ☺️. I have had my haircut by stylists and junior stylists at Francesco’s in Newport for over 15 years. I have never had a bad experience. This time I used Anya who I believe is the Salon Director, and the experience was even better. She was friendly and helped me decide what we were doing with my hair that day.

Enjoyed a pampering cut and colour on a hot day. Spolit with coffee and flavoured water while Emmie talked me through everything and kept checking I was happy.

Siobhan took time to understand how I wanted my hair to look and we were able to decide on the cut together. I am very happy with the outcome.

Always go here for my cuts, decided to take the leap and talk about dying my hair, had a free colour consultation and went over everything i needed to know. The staff are so friendly as well as informative and i enjoy going time after time.

A very good experience, Heather listened to what look I was trying to achieve and the result was good. I was looked after during my visit with cups of coffee etc and being asked if I was OK very attentive staff and comfortable salon.

Loved the head massage during the shampoo, great cut, I also appreciated the cup if good coffee I was offered when I arrived.
