Such a lovely experience today in the Newport salon! Alex was so friendly, and really listened to everything I said. She gave me lots of advice and seemed genuinely excited for me to return and try something new! I really enjoyed the other small touches in the salon which made it a great experience - small jars of lemon water, hot water bottles on the sofa and hair wash chairs, and the drink selection! The lady on reception was very welcoming also - just how you want to be greeted on arrival! Thanks!

Alex was so helpful giving lots of advice for hair care and styling. Even put a hair chair plan together for Abbie to follow in the future. Put Abbie at ease and she’s booked in again for March. Alex listened to what Abbie wanted which was brilliant!

Had my consultation with Sam who was fantastic and Alicia did my colour at my appointment. Can’t speak highly enough of Alicia or Sam, they were both so lovely, approachable and nice and seemed genuinely excited by what I was having done. Alicia did a great job of my colour, really pleased with the results.
Emma cut my hair and she did a fab job of sorting out my much neglected hair!

I went from long blonde to short copper. Sam coloured. Siobhan styled. I was extremely nervous about having such a radical change prior to my appointment. I do not know what I was worried about!
