Ok, where do I start. I have been coming to Francescos Newport for some time. However, today was something else. I fainted during my appointment and Alex and Jess were fabulous. Alex (the in house paramedic) knew exactly what to do. I felt better after a few minutes and was able to continue with my appointment. I left the salon with fabulous hair. Colour by Jess and cut with Alex. I can’t praise them highly enough for the expert colour, style, product advice and suggestions when I wanted to do something a bit different. Jess’ precision with foil placement is mesmerising and the results are fantastic.

Lucky for mr me I received an appointment the following day. Anya was very easy to talk to and listened and advised accordingly to my requirements. Anya then styled my hair and advised me how to keep it looking as good as she had styled. This is the best hair style/care that I have ever received and will continue to receive such care in the future with Anya.

As always, I felt listened to and my ideas and preferences taken into account. I always appreciate having a discussion prior to a cut or colour before going ahead with a plan in place.
