Colour by Jess and cut with Alex. I can’t praise them highly enough for the expert colour, style, product advice and suggestions when I wanted to do something a bit different. Jess’ precision with foil placement is mesmerising and the results are fantastic.
All the staff are friendly - nothing is too much trouble.

Had visited another hairdresser and unfortunately was not satisfied. I got in touch with Franceso and asked to have an appointment with the staff member in charge. Lucky for mr me I received an appointment the following day. Anya was very easy to talk to and listened and advised accordingly to my requirements. Anya then styled my hair and advised me how to keep it looking as good as she had styled. This is the best hair style/care that I have ever received and will continue to receive such care in the future with Anya.

When I walked into the salon this morning my roots were grey and I had the greasiest hair I’ve known for a long time. After seeing Jess today I was transformed! I love going to Francesco in Newport because there’s always such a lovely atmosphere. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and as someone who gets nervous going in to places, this is a big thing for me. I booked in for a colour with Emmie and then a blow dry with Jess. My last appointment was around 8 months ago so I was well overdue! Even after all of this time, Emmie was able to replicate what I’d had previously without question, she is such a talented stylist. Once it was time for the blow dry, Jess took over and she was brilliant, very sociable and very skilled, how she managed to get my hair so smooth is magical! I left the salon feeling like a new person.
