Paul was incredibly welcoming, consultative and highly skilled. From the minute I arrived at Francesco’s, I was warmly greeted by the lovely receptionist and shown to my chair. Paul arrived shortly after and went through exactly what I was looking for and offered his expert opinion. From the minute I arrived at the salon, to when I left, I felt truly valued as a customer. I cannot rate this salon more highly. Paul especially, but also all the other staff who warmly smiled when I encountered them, are a credit to the business. First class service all round! I was extremely happy with my hair style and left feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated.
