Ok, where do I start. I have been coming to Francescos Newport for some time. However, today was something else. I fainted during my appointment and Alex and Jess were fabulous. Alex (the in house paramedic) knew exactly what to do. I felt better after a few minutes and was able to continue with my appointment. I left the salon with fabulous hair.
