I honestly can’t recommend this salon enough. I hadn’t been to a proper hairdressers in years, so I was quite nervous walking in—but from the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease and genuinely cared for.
My boyfriend had booked me in for a pamper session to help me take some time for myself and rebuild my confidence, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. I had a full consultation beforehand, where everything—from colour to cut—was discussed in detail. I really felt listened to, which made such a difference.
Alex was absolutely brilliant. Every step of the process was explained to me, and I was looked after so well throughout (I genuinely lost count of how many cups of tea I drank!). The end result was incredible—I walked out feeling like a million pounds and at least ten years younger.
The look on my boyfriend’s face when he picked me up said it all. I can’t thank Alex enough for such a lovely experience—I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

Ok, where do I start. I have been coming to Francescos Newport for some time. However, today was something else. I fainted during my appointment and Alex and Jess were fabulous. Alex (the in house paramedic) knew exactly what to do. I felt better after a few minutes and was able to continue with my appointment. I left the salon with fabulous hair. I was also made aware today during my appointment the inclusive services that the salon offer too which is refreshing to hear, thanks team so thankful for today, Jen ❤️
