Had a wonderful experience at Francesco’s today with the lovely Jess. From the moment you arrive, you are warmly greeted by Kim and her colleagues. I was offered a drink as soon as I arrived , which was promptly delivered! Then on to the appointment. Jess was incredibly attentive and carefully went through what I wanted done. The wash was extremely relaxing in a reclining chair with raised feet rest. The cut was exemplary and the blow dry and style was done so well. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Francesco’s. The service is faultless as always and Emmnie is a talented , professional & pleasanr stylist. I always leave really pleased with my hair. However the music playlist today had several songs with crude lyrics and sweaeing which is not so pleasant.

I had such a lovely hair appointment today, whenever I see Alicia I always feel relaxed and can have such a lovely chat about anything. Hot chocolate was lovely and given very promptly to my arrival with a cake and biscuit aswell. I spoke to Alicia about wanting to dye my hair in the future and she was able to give me so much information and even sorted me a skin test there and then.
