When I was making my appointment, I had been reassured that In the absence of L.C (Colour Director), I had been booked with someone as experienced as her to do my hair.but on arrival I realised I had only been put with a 2 year experienced colour technician. (who was a very sweet girl), Right from the beginning I realised I had been lied to, but had no other choice as I was travelling a couple of days after that. To cut a long story short, my appointment took 3.5 hours, and at the end of the day I came out with a blondish hair, which I have never liked, a white, small, uncoloured patch right above my forehead, and no way to fix and add the base dark colour in between. Actually mid way, realising that **** does not know how to continue, I suggested I help her (as having put the foils, she was still doing the roots of the rest of my hair with the darker tint, whereas I had specifically asked for a full head tint), but she kept on insisting they never do the highlights with the full head tint, and if anytime I want the highlights and the rest of the head with darker colour, I should take two different appointments and pay extra for the service. Where as being a Tony and Guy customer for about 25 years, in Camberley, I knew very well that that was not the case. In short, the outcome was not at all what I had asked for. In reality, this was my worst salon experience ever.
