I got my pixie cut trimmed and styled by Jaime as always and loved every second of it as well as the outcome. Jaime is hands down the best stylist I have ever worked with and I love getting my hair updated by him every 3 months. The salon is such a friendly and clean place that I love the whole experience of being there always

I had a cut and blow dry with Chris, btw his name is not on your list of choices) . Chris is excellent, he really listens to what you want and discusses it in detail. Very happy with the result.

First time in a year getting my hair cut, I usually have L.C who is amazing, but she is on Mat leave, so went with Lauren, and I am so so happy I did, she did exactly what I wanted even though I ask for a blend of two totally different hair style, she managed it exactly!!! Not only this but I’d been doing a rather shabby job of cutting my own hair for the last year, and she managed to sort that out, we chatted away the whole time, she is so friendly and happy!! Generally had a brilliant over all experience and came away with my dream Pinterest hair!! So super happy xxx

Chris is so patient & kind. I am deaf & is very understanding.

I showed Chris some photos of what I wanted and explained other additions, he advised me and delivered exactly what I had pictured. Super friendly and a brilliant stylist!

I’ve decided to cut my hair from long to short. I was hesitating but Aga did it perfectly.

I've got fine hair, and a double crown so I've always found hair a problem. Aga knew exactly what to do and did it very well. Head massage was amazing too. Ask for Aga I say

Always so lovely to visit Lauren at T&G. Staff are welcoming and Lauren listens to my latest whim and cuts my hair beautifully every time. I always walk out feeling so much better. My special treat.

I just feel I didn’t have enough hair cut off & today when drying my hair it feels & looks exactly the same as before going to the Salon!, as my friend said you wouldn’t know it had been cut!. I don’t like to complain but feel I wasted my time & Money at T&G

I am not very impressed with my hair cut that I had with *****. Its not what I expected, it looks outdated/basic and doesn't suit me. I would recommend you book with Jaime he's better, if you want more style.

I got a haircut that is exactly the opposite of what i was after. It's neat, but I will have to deal with the problem that I wanted sorted for at least 6 more months now. So not very convenient at all. Everyone was polite and the salon was OK.

yesterday i went for a haircut to get a blunt cut short hair style (just above shoulder length) with NO layers. i have walked out with a styled bob with layers (that i did not ask for, and that are simply wonky and badly done, with strikingly different lengths from the back to the front of my hair) and a fringe that i NEVER asked for. I’m deeply hurt, upset and embarrassed. Not only is this not the haircut that i showed pictures of (exact photos of what i wanted) but it is simply badly done and poorly executed. I will never be returning to a tony and guy again, and am terrified to return to a hairdressers in general. I understand giving a client professional advice, so as to help influence certain opinions on a haircut, but to take ownership of someone else’s hair and going’s against what was asked is completely wrong and out of order. There are noticeable parts of my hair that are at least one inch longer than the rest of my hair, and there is NOTHING blunt about the bizarre nature of this cut, which is uneven and extremely wonky. I don’t want to leave my house or walk in public, and, as much as i don’t want to repeat myself but I fear my point truly has to be laboured here: I feel embarrassed and my self confidence has been completely destroyed by this haircut. I have formally complained as well.

Chris is very patient & caring. I have hearing loss & have to take my hearing aids out. He understands & this prevents me from feeling embarrassed . I look forward to my visits .

Overall a great experience.
