Laura Joyce made me feel really at ease and comfortable. I spoke with her about what I wanted and showed her a few pictures. She gave good advice and even talked me through how she was curling it afterwards. I’m really happy with the cut thank you!

Having used T&G for as long as I can remember.....this time I was disappointed. Usually I feel in safe hands to let their experienced stylists work their magic but this time she seemed hesitant and unsure how to do my long curly hair. Won’t bother travelling to town again

Have been going to Laura and Lauren for years and it’s without disappointment. The service I receive is brilliant even when I come in with my children, nothing is too much trouble. I love how much better and healthier my hair feels after each visit. Highly recommend.

My hair was cut by Lauren; she was super friendly and attentive and really let her huge knowledge and expertise shine through. She offered all sorts of tips on taking care of my hair and really worked with me on translating what I wanted onto my head. Well worth the money and I'll for sure be recommending friends.

Big thank you to Gemma who coloured my hair today ! I love my hair now - the colour is unique and truly natural. I think it's great that Salon collects feedback from customers - this is the reason I decided to go back 2nd time. Very pleasant atmosphere, lovely cosmetics. I highly recommend wellaplex treatment, amazing stuff for bleached hair. The salon is definitely well managed. I think I have found my long term hairdresser... Overall Excellent Customer Service!

I always return to Toni and Guy. Especially Oxford. I was looked after, consulted and treated so well. The salon was really busy but they both still took time to speak with me even checked in whilst waiting. I was extremely disappointed by my last appointment at the Oxford salon.
It felt like they wanted me out as soon as possible.
It started at the shampoo station where I ended on the seat with a problem with a headrest which was very sore. The lady told me "I'm gonna do as fast as possible" Not relaxing!
The lady who cut my hair did not pay attention to what I wanted and I ended up with what she wanted to do (I guess the easy option because it took her 5 min) and the opposite of what I wanted.
I felt worst when I came out than when I came in which is not what is supposed to happen when you go to the hairdresser.

Really happy with my experience of Toni and Guy Oxford and especially Melissa who always does my hair. After serious illness a lot of my hair fell out and Melissa has cut it so it looks fine while it thickens up again. Creative and responsive to the customer, and a pleasure to deal with.

I now count myself as a “regular” this was my 3rd visit to the George St, Oxford shop, I work across the road so it is very convenient as well as being a lovely experience start to finish

After my previous experience with haircuts this is by far the best experience i had. I was listened to and offered suggestions. The stylist was very professional and im very happy with my results.

Hi, Nicola delivered an excellent haircut with a congenial smile. The girl who washed my hair (Sorry I didn’t get her name), was also very good. She made it a point to do an excellent head massage when applying the conditioner. While the hair cut service has always been consistently excellent, I’ve found the head massage service to be slightly inconsistent at the Oxford salon. (This wasn’t the case at the Reading one though)

Melissa did an excellent job on a busy Saturday morning. I was early, but I was got ready and given a cup of coffee whilst waiting. Straight into the wash, cut and blow dry - very efficient and a very good result.

I had my hair cut by Nicola and coloured by Laura. They both provided the first of the service, being careful to ask what exactly I wanted. It was bustling in the salon, but they still had time to make me a coffee and attend to my needs.

Chris from Goa cut my hair and was very polite and friendly.
After haircut no one showed me to my coat so I went to cloakroam to collect for myself.I wastnt greated politely by staff at reception when time to pay.Will not return again which is a shame as loved the way Chris did my hair.
