Had my hair coloured cut and blow dried yesterday. Love coming to Urban Therapy it is so relaxing and everyone is friendly and caring.

I have been getting my hair done at UrbanTherapy for years. Nicole alway cuts and colours my hair and I receive so many compliments. Even though i live in Milton Keynes i think it is worth the journey

I went in for a curly hair cut as my hair needed refreshing as my last hair cut at a different salon 3 years ago ruined my hair. This was an amazing experience as I felt so welcomed and cozy with AMAZING end results!!! I can recommend people to go here enough.

Craig is absolutely lovely and a god at hair dressing and I stand by that!!! I will be coming back in the future <3

I walked in to the salon feeling tired and like my hair did not belong to me. I left feeling so much younger, lighter and so, so happy! What alchemy is this?! Craig is a magician/scientist/mathmetician!

Such a wonderful experience with a super friendly professional who made me laugh numerous times, understood the assignment (what a star!), and is such a fab asset to the team!

I would highly recommend Alex, she is warm and welcoming and the overall experience is very relaxing. I am always confident in her expertise and knowledge and trust her completely. I have just got my hair done and she has nailed the result I wanted. The prices in my opinion are reasonable and worth the results you get.

I got my hair cut by Craig for the first time and it was the best cut I’ve ever gotten. For years I’ve wanted something slightly edgy and different but the stylists always talked me out of it because I have curly hair but Craig immediately got to work and gave me exactly what I wanted and I LOVE it! I can’t recommend him enough! Everyone was so nice to me and just as the title says, I’m so crazy grateful!

Toddler first haircut. Millie made an extra effort to make her feel grown up, safe and the experience fun. Our girl is normally very shy and she displayed none of this and had the best time. Thank you so much!!

I’ve been coming to Alex for just over a year now and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else! I first came in to sort out a dye disaster elsewhere and she really understood what I wanted. It seems like so many places insist on using cool ashy tones regardless of what you want but Alex encourages you to embrace the warmth! I get so many compliments on my colour and it makes me look so much less washed out than previously. She’s always pleased to see you and it’s always great to have a laugh and catch up. Her chat is great and not stilted at all, even when you can tell she’s busy (because she’s rightly v popular!) Can’t recommend her enough.

Great service. I have really curly hair, and i get the most smooth and nice hair without feeling too much heat from styling tools. Hair trim is also great because i have quite dry and curly hair. The trim was very nice. Every time i get my hair done by Millie I am happy with how it looks.
