I’m very disappointed with the result, the colour has change since the first wash, I asked not to be light colour and in the first wash the front of my hair became blonde. I also asked for having layers because my long hair was too flat and realised the hairdresser just trimmed the ends so my hair is still the same just a bit shorter. Also I asked for having the ends lighter than the top and she did completely the opposite.

I’ve been coming to Alex for two years now and I’d stick with her forever if I could! She completely ‘gets’ me and what I want, both in terms of colour and style. She really knows her stuff and I get so many compliments on my hair. The best!

Alex has been doing my hair for a few years now and she’s one of the only people that I trust with the job. She always knows exactly what top ups/changes I need and I feel completely comfortable letting her do what she does best. I usually get a balayage and cut from her and always leave obsessed with my hair. She is the queen of colouring, not to mention I feel like I’ve had a therapy session every time I see her!! She is incredibly lovely and so fab at all things hair!

Although I do love my hair, I never really complain but I had to wait over an hour to be seen which really ruined my day. I know it’s not anyone’s fault but maybe it could’ve been acknowledged and compensated in some way as I had to wake up very early to get to a 9am only to be seen at 10:15

I have a great relationship with Alex and she knows I'm happy to push boundaries and have fun with colours. Her thermal imaging colour scheme was awesome and presented me with the perfect opportunity to try out a buzz cut. Cutting off my faux hawk and embracing a totally new style was exhilarating- similar to how I felt in May 2017 when we cut my mid back length hair into the faux hawk.

I had a fantastic experience sitting in Alex’s chair and having her do my hair! I have had a balayage fairly recently at another salon and I wasn’t happy with the colour I was left with, Alex was being a very attentive listener, understood what I want it & what would work best for me. Following my services with a cute blow dry, I was finally able to walk out the salon being very happy and confident about my new colour and haircut. For both services I have to say that Alex did such a great job and all over she made the experience of going to the salon such a pleasant one, it felt like a real luxury having a complementary mini massage before and during shampooing, and feeling like the hair stylist is taking their time with the appointment. Definitely a stylist and salon I’m recommending, all in all a very nice atmosphere with lovely people working there!

James was absolutely amazing! He made me feel comfortable and listened too. He did exactly what I asked for. I had an event to go to that evening & everyone complimented me on how great my hair was looking. I would definitely come again & recommend this place and James to others.

I always look forward to visiting the salon having a lovely complementary head and shoulder massage and then having my cut and toner with Laura.

Abbie is AWESOME! She somehow manages to get exactly what I want! She is an awesome blond colourist achieving a natural clean blonde which I wanted and excellent toning without looking over processed. She is professional and does an excellent cut and blow dry! She's also super easy to chat to and makes you feel amazing leaving the chair! Thanks Abbie! Best colour yet!

Nicole is so lovely & looked after me so well - she was so attentive to exactly what I wanted from my complete restyle & new colour it made it all such a lovely experience. The end result is stunning!!

I take my 7 year old here to get her hair done here, she loves it. Abbie is absolutely lovely and always makes my little anxious girl feel comfortable and happy and she will braid or curl her hair too just the way she wants. My daughter loves going, and would ideally like me to take her every other week. :-)

Craig was lovely and very knowledgeable, advising me well on colour and cut. He also listened and responded to what I wanted. I’d highly recommend booking in with him and look forward to my next appointment.

It is such a relaxing experience, safe in the knowledge that your colour will be perfect time after time. Laura is first class and I would not hesitate in recommending her…….ooops I already have, my entire family trust her with colour and cutting! The hand and head massage is a must too! The salon is relaxed and friendly, very helpful staff, complementary neck and head massage. Really enjoyed my visit, Millie was especially caring regarding my health needs, and I love my new hair cut, lovely belated birthday pressie from my daughter ? and thanks Millie it looked great, I’ll try and remember how to style it!

It was lovely experience to have a head and shoulders massage again. Something I have missed moving away from my previous Aveda salon.
