Abbie listens to what you want, works with your hair and, as always did a perfect short cut for me. She’s also very lovely as well, 10 / 10!!

First appointment with Alex. Great consultation and efficient service. Super nice and easy to chat with but also felt very comfortable to have some silent brain dead time. Rebooked already! Thanks a lot!

As usual Abbie is friendly, polite and very talented. She listens to the customer and gives exceptional service.

A blissful, dreamy and much needed scalp treatment for my bleach abused head. Millie was very thorough in explaining how each phase of the treatment worked to restore and revitalise my scalp. Even after just 1 treatment my scalp no longer felt tight or itchy and the advice on using products at home had been really helpful in maintaining good scalp health. Thoroughly recommend this treatment to others.

I love new hair day with Alex! We have a thorough consult to go over design ideas & colour combinations/blends before cutting and bleaching. Best part of my appointments is seeing how excited Alex gets as she completes each new design. I love her creativity and enthusiasm and how she enables me to wake up each day with a bright, bold, totally unique look. Nothing but good vibes

Been to many places in Nottingham for hair appointments and can say I had the best experience at aveda, very welcoming atmosphere and everyone is so friendly and the services are very fairly priced. Millie gave me a lovely cut and blow dry will definitely be coming again

I've been a regular at Urban therapy since 2010. I took my 13 year old granddaughter in for her 1st Salon wash, cut & blow dry. She has very long quite curly hair and Millie did a fantastic job, my granddaughter absolutely loved it. She also really put her at ease, chatting about her favourite subject...Football!! I'll definitely be taking her back

Amber was really thorough and creative, taking her time on my colour to make sure it was as natural as possible. She takes pride in her work and listened carefully to what I wanted. I’ll be booking with her next time for sure!

Nicole is such a good hairdresser, she listens to what you want, and makes sure she delivers. She takes her time, and gets it right, plus she’s creative and artistic. What more can you ask for. Also she cuts my 16 year old sons hair, and has done since he was around 9, and also my daughters hair which is pretty long. So short and fine hair, colouring, short and thick hair, long styled hair. She does it all well, and if you want a little quirkiness you won’t be disappointed.

As soon as you arrive at the salon you feel relaxed and pampered with a complimentary head and shoulder massage. Laura is such a great hairdresser that just gets exactly what you want and is able to transform your hair accordingly.

So great to see Alex again after all these years and have a good catch up. First time she has done my hair and wow! Magic! She’s the one for me for sure! Looking forward to next time!

Great cut from an expert.

I booked in for a face frame as I wanted to brighten up my hair a little, Abbie did an amazing job, however it wasn’t what I was expecting.
The next day I rang the salon and the lovely lady on reception booked me in to see Abbie again.
When I arrived, Abbie was super friendly and didn’t make me feel bad about coming back. We discussed what I wanted and she did a fantastic job, my hair looks exactly how I wanted it. It was down to miscommunication and me booking in for the wrong service. :)

Went in with high expectations, left with those expectations well and truly met. Craig listened, advised and guided on cut, style and aftercare With a cut that gave shape and curls that were defined I left with the biggest of smiles and feeling fabulous.

Abbie is so good with colour and she always exceeds my expectations! She manages to blow dry my frizzy hair so quickly and it always looks super shiny (and stays in for days)!!!!

I look forward to my visits. I find the whole experience very relaxing and enjoyable. The vibe is always a great, coffee is great, head massages are great and I love having found a hair dresser that knows my hair well and gets what I like (even if I don’t always know what I want!!??) and is just lovely to catch up on the last few months excitement.
