Came to Alex for a change up from my thin tired mousey hair, in need of a good chop and some vibrancy! As ever she was super friendly and welcoming, listened to what I was looking for and had great advice and insight. I'm absolutely in love with the results, Alex has given my hair a whole new lease of life!! Would recommend to anyone!

My first appointment with Nathan, who is extremely smiley, friendly and a good listener! Showed him a photo of the hairstyle I wanted and he got it just right!

Great! I don’t usually like going to salons because i’m autistic and have sensory issues but Amber understood exactly what i wanted and did it perfectly.

The care from Millie was amazing. I had a a funny spell where I felt a bit faint, she was really nice about it and I’m really grateful for that! She managed do cut my hair to the perfect length even though I was sat down for the ending of it! Thank you very much.

Millie is a life saver , she has totally changed my perspective about my hairs now I started loving them even more . And he service is amazing ?.

Alex is the best- totally professional. She takes time to listen and gives you exactly what you ask for. As always, I came out of the salon with a head of beautiful blonde highlights and as it was my birthday month, an Aveda gift to boot!

Nicole has been looking after my hair for a long time. I stay with Nicole because she always does an amazing job both with cut and colour. Asian hair can be difficult to cut but she makes it look easy.

Nicole always asks me exactly what I want but am rather a creature of habit so rarely change from month to month.She always cuts and colours my hair beautifully and just how I want it.

I came in to get my grey roots matched in to the rest of my previously dyed(wrong colour) hair. Alex did an amazing job of matching it all in. She totally understood what I wanted and took lots of time explaining and discussing the process with me. My new hair has made me feel absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend Alex K. I have been getting my hair done at UrbanTherapy for years. Nicole alway cuts and colours my hair and I receive so many compliments. Even though i live in Milton Keynes i think it is worth the journey

I went in for a curly hair cut as my hair needed refreshing as my last hair cut at a different salon 3 years ago ruined my hair. This was an amazing experience as I felt so welcomed and cozy with AMAZING end results!!! I can recommend people to go here enough.
