Always fantastic. Having longer hair is still something fairly new to me and knowing what to do with it was a struggle, but it was no longer a struggle after getting booked in with Charlotte. Charlotte has been brilliant at advising what styles would work for my hair and remembers what we've done previously to iterate and deliver and I'm always delighted with the outcome. I appreciate her good humour, warmth, and knowledge and continue to recommend Hairven to others. Highly appreciate Joanne (reception) and Charlotte, awesome colleagues and a great credit to Hairven.

I had a whole new hair restyle with the kind stylist Helen, this was my first haircut with her and she Was Amazing from start to finish! She gave great hair care tips, advise on my hair cut preferences and made Me feel and look Pretty! Amazing stylist thank you x x x Will rebook again with Helen!

Helen is so knowledgeable about colouring greys, she had lots of advice and tips for me for maintaining my colour and helping it last longer. I really appreciate the extra time she spent with me and the strategies she used to help extend my colour on my very resistant roots. I made another appointment with her to follow up

I had my hair semi coloured all over brown (originally blonde) and I absolutely love it. My stylist was rose who was very chatty ,which is a must for me, and kind 10/10 experience plus I love my hair!!!

Service was good hairdresser was, quick and knew exactly what I wanted doing the hairstyle I wanted she agreed it would work for me I didn't have to wait very long after I arrived

I always get a very good blow dry from Kensey she always does a it exactly how I like it and she is a very pleasant young lady

When I explained how I wanted my style he listened and did exactly what I wanted, but he also added extra to finish off my style...and his head massage "oh my lord" just again and amazing experience. Thank you Rowan for making me feel and look amazing

Charlotte was amazing. She confirmed everything we’d talked about in my colour consultation and delivered my ideas perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!

I came in to have a haircut as I'm currently suffering from massive hair fallout, so we chose a style that would suit my natural curly hair texture and would help facilitate growth, while also keeping the hair as long as possible like I wanted. I did still need a lot taken off as the ends were dead and scraggy, but I already knew that going in and Helen made sure not to cut any more than she needed to.
She was so lovely all throughout and gave me lots of tips on how to take care of my hair and what's best to use while I try to get my hair back to normal. Would happily have my hair cut by her again!
