Had an appointment today with the lovely Rose. Always come away from the salon feeling relaxed and pampered.

My visit to the salon on Friday was an emotional visit due to having Chemo and the loss of my hair. The staff there were very considerate and caring and I can't thank them enough for making a very traumatic time easier to bear.

I had the most relaxing and lovely time getting my hair done, it felt like a proper pamper session. Ben was very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted and I absolutely love my new hair!!

Great value for money, woman who looked after my hair was really nice and made me feel comfortable. Hair turned out really nice. Relaxing vibe in the salon

From when I walked into the salon until I left, I was treated with kindness and respect. Lovely friendly chat. Superb hair stylist cutting techniques.

Wanted to change from a middle parting to a side parting and add layers. Was a little apprehensive but Helen was great re assuring me and showing me how to dry and style my new haircur. Amazing job thank job.

Always a smile on entering the salon, drinks offered and Jess is an amazing hairdresser, smiley and super friendly, always has something to talk about. A really pleasure. The blow dry fluid is a god send.

On my return to the salon I def made the right choice to have Choi cut my hair. It’s very rare I walk out of a salon and love my cut immediately. On both occasions, I’ve loved my cut and it’s down to Choi being so amazing!

I have been going to Hairven since it opened. After my usual hairdresser left, I had an appointment today with Helen.
Helen listened to what I wanted, she explained what she was going to do and checked i was happy with it. It was cut really well and I was very happy with the style. Helen also gave me tips on drying and styling. Would recommend Hairven and Helen.

Everyone has commented on my cut and said it’s the best ever! Rose is a lovely young lady and a great hairstylist would highly recommend her.

Ben did a fab job cutting my hair today. He’s a really friendly guy, & worked with me as to what I wanted. I wasn’t kept waiting, and I felt at ease all through my appointment. I did feel the salon is lacking in a lot of atmosphere at the moment, as it doesn’t seem as busy as the last few times I have been. Having said that, everyone is always pleasant, and Jo on reception is lovely, & always greets everyone with a great smile.

Rose always listens to what I want and checks in throughout. I always leave loving my cut, in particular my bangs which I’ve never found to be the case at other salons! :)

I went in for a fringe trim..i told the girl who did it, i want it exactly the same as it is, just short. My fringe was layered, and longer on the sides when i walked in the salon. It was absolutely mutilated when i got off the chair. She cut it straight with no layering, barely left any length at the sides. It's the type of trim i could have done myself. Now i have to wait for it to grow again so i can go to a proper style to restyle it to what it was. A very disappointing experience and i would never go back to hairven or recommend it to anyone i wish good.

I'm not a fan of visiting the hairdressers; to me it's on a par with going to the doctors or dentist. That said, Kenzie put me at ease straight away. She listened and she delivered. With a series of skilful snips she transformed my dull thatch into my crowning glory. Needless to say I would definitely recommend and I will be returning. Thank you Kenzie and the welcoming Receptionist.

As always, had another great experience at the salon. Been coming here for years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All the staff are amazing, especially Jo on reception that looks after everyone and Kenzies!! She is by far the best hairstylist I’ve had ever!!!. She gives great advice and my hair has never looked better. She’s an amazing person also xx

I had a fantastic experience at Hairven with the very personable Rose. I received a full colour consultation and was provided realistic options considering I had a very grown out/faded green colour. I felt comfortable from the very beginning and that I was in safe hands. Rose (and the team) did an amazing job and I am very happy with my copper balyage and cut!
