I had a fabulous salon experience with Jess today, she talked me through the options and expectations to get my hair to the colour I want, which was never going to be achieved at the first time of asking. What I did want was the “block” colour to blend better and that is exactly what she achieved. Really pleased

I love my appointments at Hairven, I am now quite a regular with Rose, she and all the angels take time and deliver a unique treatment to their clients, a pamper and reset is what is needed, thank you all for the pampering you give 😊 😀 x

From the moment I walked into Hairven I felt welcome. My hairdresser was polite and professional and we talked through what we were going to do. The service I received was brilliant and the best cut I’ve had for years. My hair is manageable and stylish and I felt looked after throughout the visit. Being able to talk to someone on the phone is an additional plus and the lady I spoke to was supportive and helpful. I can’t wait for my next visit

I had Jazz today and it was such a lovely experience. I felt really at ease with her and we had lovely conversations whilst she was cutting my hair. Will definitely be booking in with her again.

Everyone understands the difficulty finding a good hairstylist. Choi is def one to recognise. She “gets” my hair type and it’s been a long time since I walked out of a hair salon SMILING!

Having broken my arm, the day of my husband’s funeral, five days ago, I needed my hair washing as was not able to wash my hair myself, I called in on the off chance that I could have my hair washed -without an appointment.
I was advised to return in 45 minutes when they could fit me in.
It made me feel so good having my hair washed followed by a head massage. The salon gifted me the wash and dry due to my circumstances. Suck kindness when one is so low is a beautiful gift. Thank you

Only popped in to have my fringe trimmed (which had outgrown quite a bit!) and equalling out the side pieces and Rose was very attentive to ensure it was how I wanted. She took the time, offered advice and I was very happy with the end result

Rosie had excellent expertise when advising me on what colour to go for and really listened to my opinion. She was very attentive during the appointment and the end result is fantastic I am so pleased with it!

Had fantastic haircut from Ben on Saturday at hairven Beeston, great stylist and lovely salon.

I had a nice experience at the shop,I had a keratin treatment and I was very happy with the result,thank you and I'll be back again.

I have had a lovely simple cut and I am certainly not complaining about the cut or the service. My issue was mainly about the time taken to do this and the price it was. My cut was £52. I believe this is because the cuts are supposed to take an hour. My hair will never take that long to cut and dry. I was taken to the chairs at 10.10. My hair was washed by 10.15 and then I was left for the conditioner to take effect until 10.30. My hair was then cut and dried and I had left by 10.45. I feel that £52 for 20 minutes is a little too much really. I am not complaining about the cut just the cost for the service I received. Would it possibly to review this system and offer shorter slots for some sessions?

I had Kenzie for quite some time now and every time she smashes it! My colour always looks and feels amazing. She’s also lovely to chat to! Always a lovely experience at Hairven.

My visit to the salon on Friday was an emotional visit due to having Chemo and the loss of my hair. The staff there were very considerate and caring and I can't thank them enough for making a very traumatic time easier to bear.

I had the most relaxing and lovely time getting my hair done, it felt like a proper pamper session. Ben was very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted and I absolutely love my new hair!!

From when I walked into the salon until I left, I was treated with kindness and respect. Lovely friendly chat. Superb hair stylist cutting techniques.

Wanted to change from a middle parting to a side parting and add layers. Was a little apprehensive but Helen was great re assuring me and showing me how to dry and style my new haircur. Amazing job thank job.

On my return to the salon I def made the right choice to have Choi cut my hair. It’s very rare I walk out of a salon and love my cut immediately. On both occasions, I’ve loved my cut and it’s down to Choi being so amazing!

I have been going to Hairven since it opened. After my usual hairdresser left, I had an appointment today with Helen.
Helen listened to what I wanted, she explained what she was going to do and checked i was happy with it. It was cut really well and I was very happy with the style. Helen also gave me tips on drying and styling. Would recommend Hairven and Helen.

Everyone has commented on my cut and said it’s the best ever! Rose is a lovely young lady and a great hairstylist would highly recommend her.
