Charlotte was amazing throughout my whole appointment, made me feel super comfortable and was really attentive. Explained the whole process and advised what she thought would work best for what I wanted to achieve. I am so pleased with the end result I’ve walked out with a smile on my face ☺️ thank you Charlotte!

Superb service as always. Roisin is a great stylist and really understands what I want. Rose did a great job tonging and Jo and the team were great on reception as always. I love that the salon now promotes products that are vegan-friendly.

It was my first time having extensions so I was a bit worried but I didn't need to be Jazz did a brilliant job.
I am so happy with them I feel amazing!
Everyone has said how good they look, I feel like a new woman!
She is a lovely young lady and a credit to your Salon.

Roisin is very pleasant to talk to and she always does a lovely blow dry. She always listens to how you would like it to look and uses some good products to achieve a lasting and shiny finish

I'd had a colour consultation as I had grown out all previous hair colour to allow my hair to go back to it's natural colour. As the back was a lot darker than the front I asked for it to be lightened - I needed a lift. I felt the stylist listened carefully, explained the process well and confident that I would get the results I wanted. She understood my hair type well and what cut would suit me after some discussion, and I walked out with the easy care cut I asked for. Very pleased with all aspects of this salon experience - will definitely return. Thank you 💗

My whole family come here! The staff are amazing from the trainees to the stylists. I always see Charlotte, she listens and gives advice on my hair and I always leave very happy. Your receptionist is the best! She always goes above and beyond. Why go elsewhere!!!

Absolutely loved my hair appointment today (as always). Choi was brilliant. So friendly and funny.
Plus, I sadly lost my mother to cancer last month. I have been coming to Hairven for nearly eight years - since we moved up from Essex - so I know several of the staff members pretty well. I was blown away by the card and flowers I received as condolence for losing my mum. It really meant a lot!!!! Thank you xx

A great experience

Ayesha is so knowledgeable. I came to the consultation with a style and colour in mind but not sure what would work. Ayesha gave me some really good options and was really helpful and understanding. Can’t wait to get my hair done in June!

Had an amazing hair cut and colour today. Ayesha really knows her colour. I essentially came to her with swamp hair colour and wanted something a bit more me and she more than delivered. She knew exactly how to get my hair to an awesome purple and I love it!

Choi is a miracle worker, she always makes my hair look incredible, and not just on the day of the haircut, but every day until the next one. I have curly hair and no-one has ever made it look as good as she can. She's funny, bubbly and super friendly but at the same time a real professional who can answer all your hair care questions. It's a joy to have her do my hair.

Craig is always ready with a welcome when i turn up. Always does a great job with my hair and puts up with my fussing lol

Marissa listened to my ideas and then advised me on the best approach to my colour request. I feel confident that the colour and cut will be just as I would like it to be. The receptionist was also incredibly helpful and efficient.

As usual Craig has done an amazing job of my mums hair. As a 90 year old dementia sufferer he is always so patient and kind with her.

Very happy with my haircut

I had a lovely lady apply my dye and wash my hair (I can’t remember her name but she qualified this year) & Charlotte gave me a cut and blow dry! Both amazing at their jobs and super lovely to talk to :)
