Fab experience once again for my appt last Thursday (not sure which Charlotte!!) but always professional and just what I wanted

I'm always pleased to come to Hairven and enjoy a welcome haircut, which by the time of my appointment is much needed. I now live put of county, but am happy to return to Hairven when an appointment is required. Ayesha knows what I like and need and always does an excellent haircut for and on me. Thank you to the whole team!

As always an hour well spent!! From wash via head massage and kinks in my hair, brilliant, relaxed and Charlotte always knows what I want.. even if I don't!!

I find Charlotte so calming and understands what I need, no pressure to be very chatty when not feeling it the other day. Had a colour consultation later with her too and looking forward to my baylage in the next few months.

Jazz is amazing and so friendly listened to everything i wanted and i am in love with the result <3 thankyou so much

As always...Charlotte listens to what I'd like and leaves me feeling so much lighter. I had sweets and a tea and a head massage, which I love!

Roisin always pays attention (even to my indecisiveness!) & comes up with a style & treatment plan to deliver exactly what I want & my hair needs. I'm Yr 3 into the menopause and my hair texture and condition is constantly shifting. Roisin knows precisely what to do to restore my hair & the look I want to achieve. Marissa is fairly new to the salon but I am so happy she's here. The couple of times she has cut my hair so far have been excellent and I look forward to my visit knowing my hair will look great . Highly recommended xx

Had a hair appointment with Rohan yesterday for a c&b. Professional yet warm & friendly, he had a chat with me about my hair and did a colour mask as well as an excellent cut & blowdry. He concentrated on my hair without non stop talking so it was really relaxing, after a good head massage during the conditioning. Without straightening or hairspray my hair looked great and swishy yesterday and I woke up this morning to find it just as good. Thank you Rohan, 5 star service *****

Rowan has cut and coloured my hair twice now and each time I have left Hairven I have felt 100% happy with the style and colour. My hair is cut so well the style is easy to replicate at home. Rowan has the ability to make you feel like it is just you and him in the salon!

I’ve only ever had fantastic hair cuts with Roisin; today she also coloured my hair and I’m utterly thrilled! Some past hairdressing disasters have made me a nervous client! Roisin has always taken the time to check decisions with me and explains what she’ll do before starting. I completely trust her with my hair; she’s just amazing!

Rowan is such a find! He listens, but also knows his stuff, is completely tuned in and responsive to his clients. I’ve literally had people leave their phone number with friends to find out who cuts my hair!
Just don’t tell everyone, I still want to be able to get an appointment!

After a long break from the salon trying to grow out a pixie to a bob, I finally decided to go for extensions! I met a new stylist, Jazz, for a colour appointment and extensions consultation, who was extremely knowledgeable. My colour is looking great and I am excited for my extensions appointment. Jazz was really sweet and friendly and one thing I love about Hairven is you know that all stylists are trained and experienced to a high standard so you can feel confident of an amazing result.

Superb service as always. Roisin is a great stylist and really understands what I want. Rose did a great job tonging and Jo and the team were great on reception as always. I love that the salon now promotes products that are vegan-friendly.

It was my first time having extensions so I was a bit worried but I didn't need to be Jazz did a brilliant job.
I am so happy with them I feel amazing!
Everyone has said how good they look, I feel like a new woman!
