Really love my new haircut! A bit of a shame I didn’t get a head massage this time, as that’s one of the reasons I love coming here. Hopefully it’ll be included next time.

I only spoke to Choi and Lucy but they were both lovely. Choi is amazing as ever with her friendly approach and advice, I can't wait to have my hair done! I was very disappointed though as I cannot get my appointment until feb next year but I've been reassured I'm on the wait list so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that.

Absolutely love coming to Hairven… feels luxurious and always feel comfortable. Kenzie has always done an incredible job, understanding what I would like even when I don’t make sense but her professionalism and humour makes having my hair done a real treat! She gives sound advice and fully trust her with my hair knowing whatever the outcome she’ll have put her heart and soul into making you feel special! X

I used to have Rowan do my hair as he has left I now have Kiera.
She is very pleasant and sociable.
Kiera cuts my hair exactly as I want it.

No waiting, salon not too busy, staff friendly, offered a drink, pleased with haircut.

This was my first time getting a hair cut at Hairven. I have alopecia & have always cut my hair at home. I was greeted by Rose who put me at ease straightaway. She did a fantastic job of cutting my short hair & paid lots of attention to shaping the hair at the back. Will definitely be coming back!!

I can't believe we have a salon of this quality in our small town; every aspect of the experience is wonderful, with friendly staff, a spotless salon, relaxing vibes and incredible cuts and colours. Choi is so good with curly hair that I suspect she has supernatural powers! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I had the most amazing stylist! Choi knows how to work wonders with Asian hair. My hair is very thick, with a lot of volume, hence styling and cutting is tricky. She nailed it! All the while making me feel comfortable, relaxed and reassured. She just knew what I wanted and how to manage my hair. Lovely experience. Already booked my next visit!

Kiera had coloured my hair on 3 occasions and she’s done an absolute brilliant job, I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Helen did a wonderful job today as I had my grey hair turned into a beautiful brunette/blonde and a little of my own grey, modern bob style.

I was in need of finding a new hairdresser and visited Hairven Salon in Beeston, I was hoping they would take walk ins and I was pleasantly surprised they did. I waited for less than 5 minutes before a nice and friendly Tereze took care of me. Very professional, listened to what I wanted and did a wonderful job. Price is a bit above average but I don't mind paying a bit more, service is worth it. I have found my new hairdresser and have booked my next appointment, definitely recommend.

I joined the blow dry club around a year ago and I'm so glad I did.
I think it's such a bargain that I get my hair washed and styled at least twice a week with a coffee included! Rose and Keira do such a great job and are particularly good at curling my hair and styling it just how I like it. Everyone here is so professional and friendly, especially Jo the receptionist who always remembers my coffee order.

Choi as always was phenomenal!!! With all the heat so far this summer, my hair needed some moisture - badly! And I’ve been working my socks off for the NHS Teust I work for, so a lovely scalp massage was just what the Dr ordered!!

Found out that Keira was doing my hair not Rowan who had left Keira just cut my hair really nice and the cover is good. She was very kind and attentive.
