The salon appeared to be much quieter than has been in the past. My appointment was on time. Helen greeted me with a smile, took my coat & put me in a gown. I sat at her station, & we discussed what I was wanting regarding my hair cut today. Today was the first time I have been with Helen. Shampoo was good, & I was pleased with the cut. Helen interacted with me throughout my visit. Payment was quick & easy. Overall a good experience. Have booked in again.

Craig did a great job again, the finish was excellent. Always look fwd to Wednesdays.

I was welcomed from the moment I walked in. All the staff are so lovely. Kenzie listened to what I wanted and pull out her magic wand, explaining everything throughout. I am so pleased with my hair and the service, I would recommend Hairven and I will be returning for my future appointments.

I have been to Hairven alot and I really love it. I even had my wedding hair & extentions by them! They get my hair how I want it, but also tell me the truth if it isn't yet achievable, but
tell me how we can get to what I want eventually. They are very knowledgeable with everything hair, they way they cut is like nothing I've seen before, nobody else can get it the same way as Hairven do. The angels are all lovely and you do feel comfortable with them. The colours they can do and your hair is still healthy, just amazing.

I have short hair, I find it very difficult nowadays to find a hairstylist that can do short styles as in recent years everyone seems to favour long straight hair. I feel stylists have forgotten how to style short hair. My stylist is brilliant with short styles, who came highly recommended. She's very informative and knowledgeable about how to get the best from my hair. My stylist is called Helen.

This was my first time with Rose and I just wanted to say what a lovely young lady. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and hard working. I really enjoyed my experience today and my cut and colour are fantastic too. She is a credit to your business.

Very predictable, trustworthy service every time. Also the cup of tea and endless smiles from all staff is the icing on the cake for me - even for my super quick appointments!

Had an appointment today with Rose for a blow dry and was very pleased with the result. She and the other staff were friendly and welcoming as always.

I had a really nice relaxed session and I had a friendly hairdresser too. She gave me a head massage and suggested some serums and oils for my hair too. Overall a very positive experience :)

Craig is the most creative hairdresser. While I love short hair, every visit leaves me feeling great and my hair looking different. Craig is truly SPECIAL x

Choi was super friendly and even managed to get my super shy daughter talking and engaging. Listened to the request and reviewed the photos showing the style we liked and delivered exactly what we'd asked for. Super talented. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been at Hairven twice in as many weeks recently, once for my daughter who had a restyle and once for a cut & style for myself. My daughter has additional needs and the team were really great with her and put her at ease. I had a lovely relaxing time myself too.

Keira cut my hair really nice and evenly. She is such a kind soul as well! She had me company while I spoke too much 😆 She did a nice blow-dry too! I’ll deffinetely come back to her! She did answered my questions regarding colouring as well
