Choi was super friendly and even managed to get my super shy daughter talking and engaging. Listened to the request and reviewed the photos showing the style we liked and delivered exactly what we'd asked for. Super talented. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been at Hairven twice in as many weeks recently, once for my daughter who had a restyle and once for a cut & style for myself. My daughter has additional needs and the team were really great with her and put her at ease. I had a lovely relaxing time myself too.

Keira cut my hair really nice and evenly. She is such a kind soul as well! She had me company while I spoke too much 😆 She did a nice blow-dry too! I’ll deffinetely come back to her! She did answered my questions regarding colouring as well

I had a lovely, friendly experience with a different hairstylist. She was very professional and her haircutting skills were exceptional.

Always love my visit to Hairven- everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I travel an hour on the tram to go here and its worth every minute. Always come out with hair and mind refreshed.

Really lovely time at the Beeston salon today. I had accidentally booked a blow dry instead of a cut and blow dry. Keira was so lovely and agreed to try and fit me in for a cut and finish despite it being close to closing. She was so great and didn’t reduce quality to try and get it done in time.

Good experience. Think it is expensive due to having short hair. Will look into not having it blow dried as I can do that as well as the stylist

Ayesha has worked her magic as she always does. All staff are friendly. I just find it so relaxing to come to Hairven.

Been going here for years! Great staff, great services and great atmosphere! I go here for many reasons but mostly, because I always feel comfortable and welcome. I love the fact that I can arrange everything via the app too and keep on top of all my appointments. The app is definitely a bonus!!!

I love visiting Hairven in Beeston. All the angels are amazing especially the lovely Rose, she goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and are treated like a queen!. I've been having Rose do my hair for a while now and she does a fantastic job, she has been promoted and rightly so, an asset to Hairven. Love to you all xx

Met by a very friendly Jo who was really helpful and polite. Explained why I was there and was then asked to take a seats I was soon joined by one of the stylists, Jess who completed a consultation form with me and went though my requirements before giving me a patch test. I then booked in for my colour appointment

I started seeing Ayesha for my colour many years ago now. I have always found Ayesha to be very knowledgeable, honest, creative and enthusiastic. I just can't fault the service provided. I've always been over the moon with the finished results and so happy to have found Ayesha. I have to say that all the staff are super friendly and welcoming.

To be honest I wasn't given any information whatsoever apart from it would make my hair less frizzy. No photos before and after and no other explanation of the process. If you don't want someone's custom then don't advertise these treatments and consulations that offer no information. I'm having the same treatment somewhere else in beeston as the lady went above and beyond on messages alone

Hi have been a regular for many years at Hairven Beeston, I saw the lovely Rose yesterday and she is a pure Angel 😇, nothing too much and always a pleasure to see, she transformed my out grown hair and made me feel 1 million dollars again, she is a credit to the salon and I thank all the angels x

I received a lovely blow dry by Kenzie she is charming young lady and very professional in her work. The salon was busy, it’s always very clean and bright a nice place to visit

Helen cut my hair exactly as I wanted it. She talked me into going a bit shorter and I love it. I have short hair and wanted someone who had the experience to style it and give it the texture needed to give it a great style. I would definitely recommend her. Finally feel like I’ve found the right person who specialises in short hair. Thanks Helen x

Welcoming and a good cut

Today I saw the lovely Helen to have my extensions taken out and refitted. Helen has years of experience under her belt and also teaches hair at college so you know you’re in good hands. As someone who suffers with chronic pain I can get uncomfortable sitting for long periods but Helen fit the extensions super quick - it was amazing! She positioned them exactly how I wanted them and also gave me a great tip for keeping the waves in my hair when I go to bed. Very happy!

She absolutely smashed it - will definitely be coming back to see her!!

It wasn’t an awful service but I had a trainer hairdresser who hadn’t honed her skills in blowouts so it took about 2 hours for a wash and blow dry. Still a lovely lady that was looking after me but just not really the results I wanted

Really love my new haircut! A bit of a shame I didn’t get a head massage this time, as that’s one of the reasons I love coming here. Hopefully it’ll be included next time.
