My First appointment with Shannon was in 2023 after years of not visiting a hair dressers. Since then we’ve done curtain bangs, a bob and a fringe, who knows what’s next? Shannon instantly made me comfortable and I couldn’t see my self going to anyone else. Shannon delivers exactly what you ask for, while providing the most relaxing, friendly appointments. My 7 year old really enjoys coming to see Isla at Saks. She loves the whole experience from getting her hair washed to drinking the delicious hot chocolate (and eating the biscuit!). Isla is really good with her. Today we had a trim, wash and style- ringlet curls. Great experience, we will be back.

Andrea very kindly stepped in when my usual stylist was unavailable, putting me at ease and giving me a wonderful service. Not only this, but Andrea also managed to squeeze in an impromptu cut and blow dry for my mother whose stylist (in another salon) cancelled on her last minute.
