Amazing service I always come to Brandon he is so professional and knowledgeable. I bought my daughter in as she has dyed her hair green and we need it back to blonde! Brandon took a piece of hair to check for colour and also gave great advice on changing shampoo my daughter is currently using as she has a lot of build up and breakage. He suggest a product available in shop and showed us product and gave us prices ect. My daughter isn’t always comfortable around new people but Brandon made us feel relax and welcome. I honestly couldn’t rate him highly enough! Saloon is spotless and other staff are friendly and welcoming also.

It was a lovely experience and pleased with the finished look. However I was surprised to learn that you now pay £8 on top of the cut and finish price for straightening. This made the visit alot more expensive than I budgeted for and in comparison to other salons, for this reason won't be visiting again soon xx

I have been coming to CC for many years and Harley has been styling my hair for probably 3 of those and does an amazing job. My only gripe is that your loyalty cards have an expiry date which never works out with the time span between visits as my hair takes longer to grow out and I keep missing the expiry date. This weekend I had a cut and missed out over 2 days !
I understand your concept but as a very “loyal” customer I am wondering if this loyalty is wasted as I am constantly paying full price and therefore not benefiting from the scheme.
Any ideas or comments would be appreciated.

Amazing as always , always makes me and my child feel very comfortable as he really didn't enjoy the experience of his hair done originally,but jayde has made it such a nice experience for him every time always reassuring him to make him feel comfortable.

Nice experience. Can’t remember the girl’s name who cut my hair, but she cut it exactly how I wanted it.very nice personality.

Jayde has been doing my cuts and perms for over a year now and never a complaint. Been experimenting with a few different styles and she’s has been understanding and helpful throughout.

After being in the hair industry myself affter 40 years it's alaways a worry getting hair cut by someone you don't no.
