Always have a positive experience , all staff friendly, polite and welcoming. Gosia listen’s to what I want and advises me very well. Always love the end result.

Harley, as always, did an excellent job cutting my hair. She is a nice person too.

Always happy with the cut and service provided by Harley. Unrelated to Harley but wanted to feedback about the discount, I do forget the discount card sometimes (forget wallet, forgot to take a picture/deleted by accident) but I am a regular and was wondering if there is any leeway when I do forget?

As always an excellent service. Brandon is phenomenal, he is attentive , he offers advice and listens to what you want. I visit the salon every 5 weeks for cut and colour and have never been disappointed with the result .

Went in for a cut and blow dry, whole service from start to finish was great. Brandon was brilliant and my hair came out nicer than I had thought! Will be revisiting for my colour in the New Year!

Mia was absolutely fantastic. For my first time in a salon I couldn’t have got a better service all staff were lovely and friendly. My hair was dead and faded box dye red and bear off 5 hours later my hair is shiny ,silky copper brown. Highly recommend CC hair and will be returning happily. With amazing recommendation on hair product and advice to keep my hair healthy.

Went in with incredibly long, extremely damaged hair. Had a big chop to my shoulder blades and had lots of beautiful layers added. Fully recommended my stylist she did an amazing job. Oh and if you've got long hair thoroughly recommended the 'It's a 10 leave in'- My hair has never been so easy to brush! Thaks again Jayne, your awesome and I will definitely be back before Christmas.x

My stylist was amazing. Really down to Earth and great at multi tasking (being able to engage in conversation and cut my hair/beard).

I came in for a wash, blow dry and re-style as my hair hadn’t had a cut in a while and from previous appointment when this was the case it was considered a re-style rather than a trim - I basically wanted my layers trimmed and split ends taken off.
The lady I was given to seemed confused from the start. She did the right thing by asking me exactly what I wanted but somehow this did not happen even after quite a long chat about it. She blow dried my hair I asked if she’d cut my layers she said yes but it’s not what I wanted - the layers are cut very near to the bottom. I’m a bit miffed because my hair now drags my face down because it’s not cut the way I wanted it and I can’t do anything about it cause I don’t have another £45 to spend (I was not charged for the re-style).
I came in for a re-style willing to spend the money but I don’t feel like I was really taken good care of as I walked out without the cut I wanted. I’m not sure how this did not happen as my layers were already cut into my hair and all it needed was a trim. I tried my best to explain and show her what I wanted but I can’t do much if that isn’t understood by a hairdresser.
I’m a polite person and didn’t want to make a fuss, the lady who cut my hair was nice and clearly tried her best, so I paid and left but I’m just left slightly annoyed and very hesitant to return. It’s not a cheap place and I do expect a better service than the one I received.
