Hussled into using the service - no mention of cost until I arrived at the till and was charged £50 for a shampoo and quick cut - all of 25 minutes. Would not have accepted the appointment if I had known the cost.

I was nervous for a different stylist but Sophie was very calming. Throughout the entire process she made sure I was completely comfortable and would make sure we were on the same page about my hair on every step. The colouring came out amazing and the bangs were such a great change. She was patient when I was being picky with the length of the bangs and truly cared that I was happy with everything. The hair came out beautiful and she is definitely my new go to stylist.

was very welcoming, haven’t been hair dressers for some time and was made to feel comfortable offered a drink straight away, every step he took he made sure i was comfortable with it before cutting and now feels amazing! will be back in 12 weeks.

The staff are so friendly,my hair cut looks amazing,she really took her time with my hair to make sure it looked good,I just walked in on a wim,just dropped the kids off at school and I was fitted in straight away!Fantastic service!

She was very good. Very attentive knows what she was doing.

After telling me he couldn’t cut it similar to a stylist’s hair who I pointed out because apparently her hair had ‘texture and movement’ !!! I asked him if he knew what a graduated cut was - he was unsure about that, I then told him how I’d like it cut to which he said ‘we don’t do it like that we do it like this’ I let him get on with it. At the end it was nothing like I’d asked for but he kept lifting my hair up saying ‘can you see how it all blends in there’ I told him no and he said it would be different once I’d washed it and styled it myself. You shouldn’t need to wash it and style it yourself for it to look okay if it was a decent cut. I asked him where he trained and he said Northampton college. Well I know darn well they teach a graduated cut because I trained there myself to level 3 I’d like to add. I’ve also worked in many salons. This cut reminds me of why I no longer go to hair salons.

This was the first time Megan had been my stylist. I was impressed by her attention to detail when colouring my hair as requested. She checked my previous colours fir my root and T section. Results were fab.

Thanks to Lizzie and the rest of the CC team, always a great welcome and I left feeling relaxed and with great hair as always). I’ve been going to CC for years and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Thourghly enjoyable time

Yet again Gosia has excelled. She is very honest with her opinions if she thinks something won’t suit she will tell you and suggest different options. Just what is needed in a hair stylist.

I am so delighted with my highlights and cut from Gosia. She has been cutting my hair for years but this is the first colour I have had with her. We decided on the shade together and it was just what I hoped for. Lovely fine highlights that look very natural and have blended away both my grey hairs and my existing colour on the ends. I came in thinking my life was over… drastic I know but my journey with my hair had been traumatic. I came out feeling that I had a style I liked and could live with. Since then it really has grown (not literally only had it done yesterday) on me. I feel it suits me and all the other issues I’m confident over time ( and Brandon says that’s what is needed) Brandon will rectify everything and make me feel wonderful about my hair and myself again. Cannot thank him enough.

I'm only going to leave this once - because I feel the same way about my hair experience every time. Jayne never talks me to death - which I appreciate. We just chat a little. Jayne likes to concentrate on what she is doing - which I appreciate big time. I always get the cut I ask for. Jayne is very easy to get along with and I would recommend her. Your online booking
system is not good - often not working. Jayne knows I colour my own hair.

Good, second time hair cut by Harley

I was looking for a cut wash and blow dry heard good things about the salon checked out the prices on the website. As I was being done stylist asked if I wanted my hair curled all of a sudden she shouted add that to my lady so what I thought was going to be £50 for a cut wash and blow dry ended up being £72 shocked to say the least will not be going back !
