I've been coming here for years now and have often struggled to be able to afford a haircut but the company is so lovely, they notice when you haven't been awhile and send discount codes to help with costs. On my latest trip in I had a special request, I was donating 13 inches of my hair to the Little Princess trust, when I called to make the appointment the lady on the phone was so kind and understood exactly what I needed as my hair needed to be sectioned off and measured, cut and then what ever was left I wanted it styled the best the could. To tell you I was nervous on the day was an understatement. Brandon was so friendly, he was so calming too, he listened to what I needed, they gave me extra time for the appointment and didn't charge me extra for the restyle. Was so so generous and I will honestly never go any where else for a haircut. I never feel judged for what ever state my hair is in, I'm always listened too, I'm not one for loads of small chat which is always picked up on and I've never felt more comfortable any where else. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do

Always have a nice experience, with good atmosphere and staff, and have been a regular with Jayde who always takes time to give the best service. Booking is easy on the app and getting a discount for being a regular is a great incentive.

Had lovely experience previously but this time nothing! No conversation no consultation about my hair and the ‘finish’ was a basic blow dry - no straightening or curl on my long hair which was included on previous appointments. For £45 felt it was equivalent to a quick trim not a ‘cut & finish’ very disappointed and unsure if will return

Sorry to say but this is the worst visit I have had at this salon. The stylist was pleasant enough but the young lady made me anxious when I saw the very little amount of hair that she was cutting off. It was literally millimetres off the ends. I did ask her to take more off but again she snipped millimetres off. Looking at the lack of hair on the floor i was concerned that the end result wasn't going to be what i wanted to achieve. It was when i returned home and my daughter didn't even notice that I'd had a haircut i became more stressed and upset knowing it was a bad experience and I'd just paid £45 for the pleasure! Seeing how stressed I was my daughter contacted another salon and explained what has happened and they kindly booked me an appointment that same day. So although i now have the haircut that I wanted (and its the same style of cut that I have had for years) this has cost me a lot of money, stress and upset.
