I have been coming to CC for many years and Harley has been styling my hair for probably 3 of those and does an amazing job. My only gripe is that your loyalty cards have an expiry date which never works out with the time span between visits as my hair takes longer to grow out and I keep missing the expiry date. This weekend I had a cut and missed out over 2 days !
I understand your concept but as a very “loyal” customer I am wondering if this loyalty is wasted as I am constantly paying full price and therefore not benefiting from the scheme.
Any ideas or comments would be appreciated.

Amazing as always , always makes me and my child feel very comfortable as he really didn't enjoy the experience of his hair done originally,but jayde has made it such a nice experience for him every time always reassuring him to make him feel comfortable.

Jayde has been doing my cuts and perms for over a year now and never a complaint. Been experimenting with a few different styles and she’s has been understanding and helpful throughout.

I've been coming here for years now and have often struggled to be able to afford a haircut but the company is so lovely, they notice when you haven't been awhile and send discount codes to help with costs. On my latest trip in I had a special request, I was donating 13 inches of my hair to the Little Princess trust, when I called to make the appointment the lady on the phone was so kind and understood exactly what I needed as my hair needed to be sectioned off and measured, cut and then what ever was left I wanted it styled the best the could. To tell you I was nervous on the day was an understatement. Brandon was so friendly, he was so calming too, he listened to what I needed, they gave me extra time for the appointment and didn't charge me extra for the restyle. Was so so generous and I will honestly never go any where else for a haircut. I never feel judged for what ever state my hair is in, I'm always listened too, I'm not one for loads of small chat which is always picked up on and I've never felt more comfortable any where else. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do

Always have a nice experience, with good atmosphere and staff, and have been a regular with Jayde who always takes time to give the best service. Booking is easy on the app and getting a discount for being a regular is a great incentive.
