Sorry to say but this is the worst visit I have had at this salon. The stylist was pleasant enough but the young lady made me anxious when I saw the very little amount of hair that she was cutting off. It was literally millimetres off the ends. I did ask her to take more off but again she snipped millimetres off. Looking at the lack of hair on the floor i was concerned that the end result wasn't going to be what i wanted to achieve. It was when i returned home and my daughter didn't even notice that I'd had a haircut i became more stressed and upset knowing it was a bad experience and I'd just paid £45 for the pleasure! Seeing how stressed I was my daughter contacted another salon and explained what has happened and they kindly booked me an appointment that same day. So although i now have the haircut that I wanted (and its the same style of cut that I have had for years) this has cost me a lot of money, stress and upset.

Although my stylist was good I didn't get the style I was looking for and I thought pensioners got discount .. the receptionist knew I was a pensioner when I booked the appointment. She said £35 which I went to pay but my stylist said £45 ...my hair was wash and restyled i didnt get a blow dry. Just the hairdryer to blow my hair cutting away and no product were used for my hair .. like gel or spray ..to be honest I was disappointed.... I won't be returning to CC.. although I did make another appointment but my husband said he doesn't want me to go back ..I had to wash and redo my hair when I got home ..
