Brilliant...After having some bad experience Jayne made me feel a million dollars

Although my stylist was good I didn't get the style I was looking for and I thought pensioners got discount .. the receptionist knew I was a pensioner when I booked the appointment. She said £35 which I went to pay but my stylist said £45 ...my hair was wash and restyled i didnt get a blow dry. Just the hairdryer to blow my hair cutting away and no product were used for my hair .. like gel or spray ..to be honest I was disappointed.... I won't be returning to CC.. although I did make another appointment but my husband said he doesn't want me to go back ..I had to wash and redo my hair when I got home ..

Usually have Lizzy cut my hair, but she was not available. Mia was brilliant and listened to what I wanted. Thanks so much! Xx

Always greeted with a friendly smile, taken to my seat and asked if I would like a drink, which is very nice. Gosia, my stylist, is a lovely lady, always asks how I am and how I would like my hair finished off on the day. She is very gentle and talkative throughout and goes that extra mile to please me. Thank you Gosia, you always make me feel special, please stay as lovely as you are, you are wonderful. XxX

I felt a fool and looked like a street alley cat
After my home experience with a box I thought would brighten my day
It FAILED
It took me down in the dumps and I felt so low
So with not much cash after leaving my job to look after my mum I rang cc magic hair
The receptionist and staff are amazing not my first visit so I know I could feel hope
Brandon looked at my hair and balked me through what he could do great work and felt so relieved and relaxed walked out with a tint and tomorrow for a toner
Don’t ever use boxed bleach if you don’t know what your doing I DID
and it was awfull

For a black student with Tourettes, it was hard getting my hair done but Harley did a wonderful job! I really recommend, definitely the best in Northampton!

As always Harley was fantastic, she has a nice way about her but and this is nothing to do with my haircut or experience , the price of a haircut has been increase in the price of a lap haircut was gone through the roof l understand everyone’s bills has gone up but it is now far to expensive for me to return to the salon

First time visit to Kia- he worked his magic and I left the salon looking refreshed and feeling great. Thanks also to the team for the supply of coffee and chats during my visit

Brandon as always gave advice . He immediately makes you feel at ease. I have been using the salon for about 18 months and always see Brandon. I had a full head of highlights and a toner with a cut and blow dry, thrilled with the results as always,

The staff are always friendly. They put my 5yr old at ease to get his hair cut and always do a fantastic cut for him.

This is the first time Jayne has cut my hair and there will definitely be another time. She knew exactly what I wanted. I was treated with respect and felt valued.

Mia has a wicked sense of humour. She listened to what I wanted and confirmed I was happy as she snipped away. Laugh about ears getting in the way. Sleek cut which Mia ruffled up with gel and said ‘there you are’ to my now tousled hairdo. Not really she laughed and put back the sleek lines. A real tonic.
