I am so happy as always with my hair - Sean is fantastic at giving advice regarding colour, and always leaves me feeling fresh and happy! The staff who showed me to my seat and offered coffee, and who washed my hair, were also professional and welcoming. Thank you everyone.

Was pleased with my hair. It was exactly as I asked for. I was not happy that my appointment was at 12pm but didn't start until 12.30pm.

I really enjoy going to this salon and have been going here for more than 10 years. I am never disappointed in the experience or my hair cut/colour.
I have had my hair cut and styled over the years by four stylists and have never been disappointed at SAKS Yarm. I would highly recommend.

Amy was her usual attentive self, spending time to advise me on my style., this was in the middle of a particular hectic day as Yarm Fair was coming into town today and so there was additional pressure to complete her appointments in time to pack up and close the shop, but at no time did I feel the pressure she was under.

A truly lovely salon with a highly trained and professional team who really care about their clients hair and wellbeing. When I leave not only does my hair look great but I feel totally relaxed and like I’ve received a long warm hug.

As always everyone was welcoming, Jane cut my hair with care and thought for what was needed. A fabulous head massage also.
