A truly lovely salon with a highly trained and professional team who really care about their clients hair and wellbeing. When I leave not only does my hair look great but I feel totally relaxed and like I’ve received a long warm hug.
Jane has been looking after my hair for 30 years and I feel so lucky and proud to call such an amazing woman my friend!

Excellent experience today in the salon with Rachel - she listened to everything I wanted and recommended products for issues with my hair. I came out really amazed and happy

Amy is more than a stylist she is a friend now after so many years. She is always friendly, focused and observant. She never takes my repeat visits for granted but instead confirms with me how I have managed my hair and what if any changes I want to try. She always works with me and makes suggestions as to how we can manage any problems with colour, texture and style. She is a gem.

All staff are friendly and Amy always seems to understand what I want doing and is an excellent hairdresser.

Made to feel very welcome, friendly staff, offered a choice of coffee. Sean took time to listen to what I suggested and gave me good advice

Sean had never done my son's hair before. My son is 6 and has always found going to the hairdresser's a challenge, however over the last year or 2 the staff have been patient and kind and supportive to make getting his hair cut more fun and less scary. My son was really settled today with Sean and he said as we left, "I really like sean, he is the best can I see him next time!* Thank you so much to you and all of the staff for the patience you have shown when dealing with us over the years we have finally got to a place where he is looking forward to coming back.

Loved my highlights by Sean, they look really natural and blend in my greys perfectly. Perfect trim, it was exactly what I wanted, so left salon feeling relaxed and happy. The friendly faces and excellent service is why I keep coming back to Saks.

As always a lovely time spent at the hairdressers. Feeling relaxed, looked after and taken care of. Hair gorgeous when I left the salon.

I’ve only been going to Beth for 6 months, but I really love the way she colours, cuts and styles my hair. She’s an excellent stylist. She takes a real interest in her clients and her memory is amazing!

The salon has a lovely feel about it too. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I’m so pleased I switched to Saks in Yarm.

This was my first appointment in Saks after having to change hairdressers and the whole experience was lovely! Was offered drinks and all the staff were so lovely, chatty and welcoming. Amy was absolutely amazing, she listened to me about my hair and advised as well and did such an amazing job with the cut and colour - I love it.
