The salon has a very welcoming atmosphere..As always Amy was on the ball when dealing with my problems of managing my hair style, explaining how she was going to tweak the style so I could cope better.
She gives her undivided attention, no matter how busy she is, making each client the centre of her attention. All the team members are friendly and helpful..which contributes to the overall enjoyable experience.

Really pleased with my hair today. Amy advised on colour and did everything I asked for. She was very friendly and i felt comfortable when she was styling my hair.

I have been using this salon for four years always received excellent service both for cutting and colour. Sean is always pleasant .Most of all I feel confident that he will do a good job.

I recently had to cancel my appointment due to an urgent problem. I contacted the salon asking if there was an appointments with Rachel available.Unfortunately there wasn’t.
Rachel took the time and
effort to add me to her already full client list for today she cut and coloured my hair in her lunch hour

As per normal Jane has been amazing. She's a bundle of energy and lifts your mood as soon as you see her. Feel really privileged to have her as my stylist and friend.

I really enjoyed getting my hair cut. The lady was very gentle, and she didn’t cut it too short.

Special shout out to ? Rachel she is great she’s not a stylist I have thick hair she always washes it very well after a colour and her Massage is great !!!!
My hair always feels light and airy after colour whereas at times after colour and washed by someone else it has felt a bit heavy and felt the need to wash it again when I get home but she is great !!!
She has blonde hair tattooed I think she’s called Rachel 🤔

Lovely experience been coming to saks for almost 20 years always satisfied Danni is my go to stylist she’s friendly knows me knows what I like she’s kind considerate and I always enjoy seeing her I’m always satisfied and walk out knowing my hair looks great she is flexible and always try to accommodate me x
Equally if I can not get Danni because she only works one day a week now other stylist are very nice and friendly
