Due to age and declining wI am becoming less able to manage my hair as I would like too. Lottie totally understands this and makes excellent suggestions to make managing my hair easier for me.

First visit to salon, I was very impressed by all the staff. Bethany was very good at listening to my ideas for my hair and was enthusiastic about helping me to find the right style. She asked my opinion at every stage and cut my hair beautifully.

I have been going to Saks for years . I’ve had appointments with both Beth and Rachel and they’re both lovely. The colour always turns out great, and the nourishing treatments make such a difference to my hair. They’re both really attentive and make you feel well looked after, plus they’re so easy to chat to. Always a really nice experience! The team are all so attentive and really take care of you, and the atmosphere is always friendly and relaxed. Would definitely recommend!

I went from bright blonde to brown and Jenny absolutely smashed it - loveeee my new hair so so much, she matched it to my skin tone so well!

I always look forward to and enjoy my visits to the Yarm salon and time spent with Sean who, apart from being a talented stylist is also an intelligent, observant and witty conversationalist. He’s looked after my hair for the past ten years. I could tell he was excellent right from the first appointment. My experience with hairdressers has ranged from (near enough) to: the North Pole (Iceland) via the Equator (Kenya) to the South Pole (New Zealand). Sean is undoubtedly the best.

I managed to get a same day appointment with Amy . I had previously had a disastrous short haircut elsewhere about 4 months ago and although my hair was growing back I was quite unhappy with it and it. It made me feel really dowdy and “old”.
I explained to Amy what I was aiming for long term. She listened to my concerns and suggested how we could remedy my current style and move forward.
Amy then proceeded to cut and restyle my hair . I was delighted with the result and even this morning my hair fell into shape with very little attention required.
Amazing how a good hair cut with lots of care and attention can really lift one’s mood. Thank you .

My hair is perfect! She has done exactly what I asked for from the cut to the colour and styling. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail was just right. The result is even better than I imagined and I couldn’t be happier with it. The atmosphere in the salon was fabulous – really friendly, welcoming and relaxing from the moment I walked in. I felt completely comfortable and well looked after the whole time. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great salon experience!
