It's unusual for me to change my colour but with Beth's advice I did today. I love that my new colour is perfect for the summer months. Really happy with the change

Sean managed to fit me in when my appointment was cancelled due to my usual stylist being ill. As I was off to a wedding, it meant a lot that they accommodated me. He didn’t rush me and really listened to what I wanted and sent me out happy.

Always lovely to visit Saks in Yarm. Rachel has worked miracles on my hair, and the supporting staff (today was Sophie) are always so lovely and are always friendly, chatty and kind.

Amy gives excellent advice and has lots of expertise in dealing with hair whatever length and texture etc. She has guided me through making decisions about contemporary styles for my age while also acknowledging the individual nature of my hair . She gives you confidence to make things work - and they do.
