My stylist is called Hanna and she knew exactly what I wanted and she done just that. My hair is very thick and heavy she layered it nicely without needing me to style it at home every day! Highly recommend saks salon in Yarm and Hanna! ! ♥️

Shaun is a friendly, excellent stylist who has listened to what i wish for and has advised based on my colour and natural hairline. I had a change in style a few months back and absolutely love it. Said that the whole team are lovely.

Jane was fantastic as usual. I am over the moon with my hair. I love the layers. I have had loads of compliments. She is also great for a good natter. She is very friendly and makes you feel like a million dollars. Looking forward to my next appointment. A very well run and professional salon.

A delightful appointment albeit a little busy but with a very pleasant and knowledgeable stylist. The appointment was for a cut/ blow dry and highlights and the end result is wonderful.

This was Mariam’s first hair cut and it amazing. Rachel was so professional and patient with my child. She asked me what i wanted to achieve and followed my wishes. She was so gentle with baby. I always look forward to my salon visits to Saks Yarm and the lovely talented Sean who has been my stylist for several years . All staff are warm and welcoming, the salon is clean and comfortable and Sean is very experienced and gives great advice and amazing head massages 😀

Amazing service, always get a good chat and very pleased with my hair

Lovely assistant. Good water temperature. Nails were pleasant on the scalp. Very long wash! Took too long as the position is uncomfortable. I worried about all the water usage and would have been more relaxed if tap turned off whilst shampooing etc. Scalp massage weak.

Another great visit to Saks in Yarm to have my hair cut and coloured by Amy before she heads off on maternity leave. Friendly staff and skilled cutting and colouring.

Very pleased as I always am with my hair. Charlotte advised me with how I should have my colour and so happy with result. Wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff are lovely including the apprenticeship staff.
