Special shout out to ? Rachel she is great she’s not a stylist I have thick hair she always washes it very well after a colour and her Massage is great !!!!
My hair always feels light and airy after colour whereas at times after colour and washed by someone else it has felt a bit heavy and felt the need to wash it again when I get home but she is great !!!
She has blonde hair tattooed I think she’s called Rachel 🤔

Lovely experience been coming to saks for almost 20 years always satisfied Danni is my go to stylist she’s friendly knows me knows what I like she’s kind considerate and I always enjoy seeing her I’m always satisfied and walk out knowing my hair looks great she is flexible and always try to accommodate me x
Equally if I can not get Danni because she only works one day a week now other stylist are very nice and friendly

Always a pleasure to see Amy who ever fails to check how I have managed my hair since the last appointment. We agreed what is to be done at this session and then checks with me to see if I am satisfied with the results. Look forward to seeing her and the rest of the team

Sean managed to fit me in when my appointment was cancelled due to my usual stylist being ill. As I was off to a wedding, it meant a lot that they accommodated me. He didn’t rush me and really listened to what I wanted and sent me out happy.

Always lovely to visit Saks in Yarm. Rachel has worked miracles on my hair, and the supporting staff (today was Sophie) are always so lovely and are always friendly, chatty and kind.

Amy gives excellent advice and has lots of expertise in dealing with hair whatever length and texture etc. She has guided me through making decisions about contemporary styles for my age while also acknowledging the individual nature of my hair .
