As always a lovely time spent at the hairdressers. Feeling relaxed, looked after and taken care of. Hair gorgeous when I left the salon.

I’ve only been going to Beth for 6 months, but I really love the way she colours, cuts and styles my hair. She’s an excellent stylist. She takes a real interest in her clients and her memory is amazing!

The salon has a lovely feel about it too. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I’m so pleased I switched to Saks in Yarm.

Lovely experience as always. Love my colour, and feel amazing when I leave, and always made to feel at home when I visit. Lovely addition to have a barista coffee too!

This was my first appointment in Saks after having to change hairdressers and the whole experience was lovely! Was offered drinks and all the staff were so lovely, chatty and welcoming. Amy was absolutely amazing, she listened to me about my hair and advised as well and did such an amazing job with the cut and colour - I love it. Overall I had a great experience and can’t wait to book in again, thank you!!

Been going to this salon for years now and can't fault it. All the staff are amazing, and this includes the apprenticeship staff, too. Had a balayage and cut and blow dry, and I am very pleased with the results.

Bethany is an amazing stylist. She took time to advise me on colour and cut options, commenting her thoughts on what she thinks might suit me. I was pleased that I took her advice on the colour and not using a toner this time because the results are lovely. While there was a bit of a delay in my blow dry, Bethany kept me up to date and was really apologetic about the delay.

Bethany is an amazing hairdresser who listened to what I wanted and explained what would and wouldn’t work. She explained what she was doing and why as well as taking the time to explain how she was styling your hair to do it at home. A wonderful experience and I am very happy with the service I received today.
