What a lovely first experience for me today at Saks Skipton. Nice atmosphere. A very cheery warm welcome from Summer. Brilliant thorough hair wash & head massage by Alana, Excellent caring cut and blow dry to my difficult wavy/ curly hair. Nice coffee thank you. A very relaxing start to my birthday week and retirement. I am very grateful. Thank you all. See you again for my October booking.

Literally the loveliest hair appointment I’ve ever had. Annie was so friendly, and informative in the options I wanted for my hair. I enjoyed my chats with her and she is so skilled and amazing at what she does! Thank you so much Annie ☺️

Absolutely love it my new hair Style

This was first visit having moved in to the area.
Megan was great very chatty and did a good job. Hair washing experience was not so good . I walked away from the wash basin soaking wet. My T-shirt collar and back were wet through which resulted in the stylist drying me off , placing the hair dryer down my back for 10 mins until I felt more comfortable. It wasn’t a pleasant experience sitting there wet/ damp . The lady who washed my hair was apologetic, but I was left with my hair dripping wet and clothing soaked .

I’m so happy I found a stylist who fully gets curly hair, who listens to what I’m after and then surpasses my hopes.
John is super easy to chat with and all the staff are friendly and attentive.

Always enjoy a visit , feel very comfortable!

Always a pleasure and an excellent haircut as well. The "head massage" was rather perfunctory, no point to it really.

Saks are outstanding, my stylist Megan is the very hairstylist I have had in over 60 years, She always listens to you, The best thing not one single member of staff ever gossips. Megan tells me you the honest truth, the cut colour and highlights are always perfect. I have used Saks ever since it opened. The Salon is very clean never seen it untidy or dirty. All the staff are well dressed and with an amazing knowledge of all hairstyles, what will suitable for each individual client. I will never use another stylist. Five stars.

The finished result is always perfect. Always happy.

First time visiting the salon and really enjoyed it - Annie has done a great job with my unruly mop! Thanks so much I love it.

Love coming to salon, great friendly staff, The staff listen and advise. Lovely atmosphere.

Jodie always cuts my hair, which was just starting to show grey. She advised me on the colour options available making me feel very relaxed & confident in my choices. I am very pleased with the results, even my husband commented on how good it looked!

Lovely salon, clean etc. but unfortunately the haircut felt quite rushed, seemed that most of the time was spent washing and drying my hair rather than cutting it to how i wanted. I was not very satisfied with the result and asked to cut a bit more as my stylist said I could after drying, but then she said there was not enough time and that I could book another session. So I don’t think I will be returning as it seems the £30 was mostly for the fancy products and blow dry than the cut. This was my first haircut after a few years so a bit disappointed.

Didn’t want to leave my previous hairdresser as I thought he was the best. Moved address and went to Sachs. Meghan is literally far and above in her technique and knowledge of hair.; mine has never looked so good. You’re amazing Meghan.

Moved away 3 years ago and have come down visiting family. Called the Salon Thursday and managed to get an early appointment due to a cancellation the following day. I have never used the salon before but as soon as I walked in the staff me me feel like I'd been going in for years. Claire took a look at my hair and after telling her a little bit about what I wanted she instantly knew what she was doing with it and I knew I could trust her judgement. The final result was fantastic. I felt like a million dollars. Thank you so so much.

Claire did such a wonderful job with my hair after a previous disappointing experience at another salon. She is such a lovely person and exceptional stylist. As always John did a lovely job with my hair.He is good at cutting hair and using the right colour.Iam very pleased with the result.

It was my first visit to sacs I am very pleased with the result .,Gaby was very patient and listened and advised which style was best . I have very fine hair and I explained that hairdressers I have visited in the past have blasted my hair with hot hairdryers and can damage hair . She was brilliant lovely cut and no hot hairdryer .!! I will be back no question .

It was my first time coming to Saks, I managed to get a same day appointment which was great, all the staff made me feel really welcome and offered me a drink as soon as I came in. Summer did an amazing job of my hair especially considering how unhealthy and dry it was, I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a salon so happy with a hair cut before!

Unusual for me and my better half to go out on a Sat night but we have a bit of a 'do' to go to so Annie worked her magic on my Barnet. Thank you Annie and all your pleasant friendly colleagues who make so welcoming and relaxing.

Gabby listens and does exactly what I ask and I always love how she cuts and drys my hair. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Jodie cuts my hair extremely well and is always very friendly.

Megan cut Elliot’s hair cut for his prom and interpreted how he wanted to wear his fringe perfectly. Today Megan noticed my colour had lifted and tailored the colour perfectly as always Julia

First time to the lovely Salon. Went in feeling like a 50 something house wife and came out strutting like a deva. Love the new look. Achieved in under an hour. Claire is very creative, I’ll be back x
