It was my first time at Saks. They had been reccomended by my previous hairdresser. The staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease instantly. My app was with Gabby. I had roots ,highlights, cut and style. It was amazing. This is definitely the salon for me. I have already made my next two appointments.

Having moved from Cambridge, I needed to find a new hairdresser. Well, no need to look any further. A fantastic salon with a calm, relaxed atmosphere and John is the ultimate professional. Having seen a photograph of the look I wanted, he went to work-no fuss or bother. He absolutely knows his stuff, most favourite haircut and colour I’ve ever had! Booked my next two appointments already. I really can’t recommend him highly enough.

This was first visit having moved in to the area.
Megan was great very chatty and did a good job. Hair washing experience was not so good . I walked away from the wash basin soaking wet. My T-shirt collar and back were wet through which resulted in the stylist drying me off , placing the hair dryer down my back for 10 mins until I felt more comfortable. It wasn’t a pleasant experience sitting there wet/ damp . The lady who washed my hair was apologetic, but I was left with my hair dripping wet and clothing soaked .
