Claire is always very friendly and welcoming. My hair is cut and styled exactly how I want it, and just as importantly, it's easy to maintain. As an added bonus, the coffee is good too! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Claire was brilliant and was a great mix between listening to what I wanted and also offering her own advice for what would suit my face. I loved the end cut, especially the way she had cut in the fringe. We also talked through colours for next time and she made sure to get a skin test done before I left. Been coming to SAKS Skipton for around 2 years now and have Jodie every time. Jodie is amazing and has been from day one. Although I enjoyed my service with Megan, I did feel that the salon was a little lacking on attention to detail. Staff were on their phones stood about chatting. Megan had to shout upstairs twice infront of me up get someone to come down to serve the reception area. I was offered a second drink, however they could not give me my drink of choice (simple sparkling water!) salon was cold with door left open so noisy with traffic noises. Not what I have come to expect when spending over £100+ on my hair styling

Stylist was lovely and tried her best to give me the colour on the photos I brought - difficult as I have lots of fine hair - my roots still look white though and perhaps I might have been better with some low lights running through as the colour is only slightly different and doesn’t look a lot different to before I came in although the condition is better - I’m not sure that it will last more than a week or two unfortunately which is a shame - the cut and blow dry was good but not enough definition or covering of roots unfortunately
