Amy put up with not only my complete indecisiveness but also lack of idea how to style my hair - cut of my dreams and helped me learn how to use a roller x changed my life x

I started seeing Amy last year after being told my hair was too thin for layers and nothing I wanted would suit me by previous hairdressers.

Amy gave me the legit hair of my dreams, layered, styled and gorgeous. I cannot thank her enough, I finally feel like my hair matches who I am!! I will NEVER go anywhere else, she is an angel!

The salon is also gorg and has such a welcoming atmosphere!

I made an appointment with Amy after a couple of occasions when my previous hairdresser hadn’t quite understood the vision - Amy understood the assignment!!! I will never go anywhere else, her service is unique - she does edgy, colourful hair which I absolutely love. She is such a gorgeous person and so easy to chat to, 1000% recommend xx

This was my first appointment and I was a little anxious. Alanis was so reassuring, explaining the process step by step and what after care I should follow. The atmosphere in the salon was calm and relaxing. I love my new look. Thank you so much.

Alanis has cut & blow dried my hair 5 times now , she is a wonderful stylist. I've have gone for a new style the past 2 visits . I ansolutley love it . Feels & looks fantastic .my next appointment is booked . I'd highly recommend Alanis gives her all, the care, the cut , the style , colour then fabulous .thank you

I was booked in for a balayage today with Kisha, as always I felt welcome and listened to during my consultation despite the business of the salon the week before Christmas. I always feel nervous coming to a salon due to past colour disasters however I have always loved my result with Kisha. The before and after always look amazing! As always Amy did an amazing cut.

Appointment with Becca who expertly advised on ways to correct my colour problems. She was in depth, considerate of my wishes and worked her magic to give me the colour I've waited so long to have. She also gave excellent advice on how to maintain the longevity of my new colour. Alana assisted with hair treatment which was so relaxing I fell asleep. She also assisted with the most gentle blow out I've ever had. A lovely relaxing atmosphere that made me fall asleep a few times. 10/10

I had a lovely relaxed appointment with Kisha today!! Kisha recommended that I add a little more red to my usual full head tint for Christmas, and I was thrilled with the result!! My cut and finish was perfect as usual, and I left the Salon feeling like a new woman!! Kisha is patient, kind and caring, making all her clients feel welcome, and making them a gorgeous cappucino while they're there!!

I love coming to have my hair done at Saks Redcar. I always feel so welcome and well looked after. Everyone is so friendly. The new salon is light and airy, very well set out and very comfortable. I have been visiting Kisha for quite some time now, as well as my 2 daughters and we are always very pleased with our new, tidier hairdo after Kisha has worked her magic. On occasions we may have had to have our hair done by Jonathan and and Roxy and have been equally pleased.

Keisha does an excellent job with my hair which can be difficult. She also listens to what I would like and advises ways of achieving that.

I’m really fussy about having my hair cut, thankfully my friend recommended Roxy and she’s absolutely BRILLIANT she cuts and styles my hair exactly as I want. 11 out of 10 Roxy just amazing!
