I live far away from Redcar but I saw Saks advertising online and decided to go there. I had a consultation about a month prior and the staff were very kind and friendly and the atmosphere is calm and not as loud as I would have expected for a salon. I booked an appointment for me and my mum and we went yesterday and it was lovely. The staff explained clearly what they were going to do next and gave me options to choose what I wanted and were always very careful and thoughtful. My appointment didn't cost as much as I thought it would and I will definitely be going back ☺️

This was my second time visiting the salon. First time was for a cut, this time a colour. I have curly hair and have been looking for someone that specialises in this. Blossom has been great. Has cut my hair so that it now actually has shape, and has done a fantastic colour. She chats through everything with you and totally puts you at ease. Already booked in for my next appointment.

A bit late with my review. It was my second visit with Erin. She was still as pleasant as my first time. Thoroughly enjoyed my trip to your salon.

I decided to slightly change my hairstyle last visit as the years of bleaching had taken its toll. However I didn't really like the choppyness as it grew out. So I went in for my usual colour touch up and cut and told Jonathan about my concerns and as usual he did his magic. Lovely result and now that I've stopped having it coloured using bleach the condition is so much better. Just impatience on my part waiting for it to grow a bit longer.
Always a pleasure to go to SAKS in Redcar, the salon atmosphere is always upbeat and friendly. See you nest visit!

Erin was so nice, she was very knowledgeable on the colours and was honest about whether she thought a colour would do well based on my natural hair and was very open about what the results may look like. She absolutely smashed it, she made my hair look way better than the Pinterest inspo I brought! Also she makes a very good ice latte

I absolutely love my hair, when visiting hair salons I usually end up with a stress headache not today I felt relaxed and at ease and confident in my stylist and her knowledge salons lovely bright clean and smells fresh atmosphere is welcoming and the price speaks for its self the staff are so talented and creative and know there products its money well spent in my eyes

Came floating out the salon with beautiful silky curls and an epic new hair colour.I was reassured and everything with the process explained fully.It put me at ease about my waist length hair (as I'm a nervous, scissor shy client.)Turns out it will be easier to manage and maintain like this now now due to these people being colour experts.I got tons of advice on looking after my new colour to keep it looking tip top.Mega conditioning treatments menu tailored for specific hair types.(hair felt amazing)Lovely, friendly hairdresser who was very attentive and took pride in her craft🥰 Transformed by a whole new look-totally blown away!
