I went to Roxy for a big style change, and she absolutely nailed it! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and somehow understood exactly what I had in mind—even better than I could explain it. The result is perfect: fresh, stylish, and totally me. I’ve had so many compliments already!

Roxy is friendly, professional, and clearly knows her craft. If you’re thinking about switching up your look or just want a stylist who really “gets it,” I can’t recommend her enough.

Travel quite some distance to have my hair done by Alanis, totally worth it. She's fantastic at colour and cutting, but also gives honest opinion on what will work based on her experience, which I value.

Becca gave good advice and I have the most fabulous colour. Explained well what she would do and the end result was just what I wanted. Her cutting skills are excellent and I have a sharpe bouncy finish for my Dubai trip.

I have short hair and have found it hard to find a stylist that does precision, modern cutting. Blossom at Saks was amazing. She cut my hair confidently and used the correct techniques for my thick hair. She taught me new ways to style my hair too! I loved the experience so much that I have booked a return visit with colours. Thanks Blossom!

Went in for my usual colour and cut but was a bit fed up with my style, which I've had forever. But after a chat with Jonathan, he convinced me to have a style revamp. Nothing too drastic but it made such a difference. He's so knowledgeable and a great hairdresser. I would recommend Saks if you're looking for a change, or a revamp like me. It has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are really friendly. Don't hesitate, give them a go!

Hair done by Becca as always and she is just brilliant. Consults with what I am after, what she thinks would be best and we go from there. Always leave loving my hair and loving the service from Becca.

Had my first hair cut here with Becca, I've not really had many good hair experiences and normally put of hair cuts for years. Because was lovely and for the first time I years left a salon without wanting to cry

The A board offer near the salon door in Redcar High Street brought me inside to book a first time cut and finish. Kind and professional Rebecca (Becca) was my appointed stylist for the offer. The salon confirmed my appointment by text. I had to reply yes or no to the booking. From the start to the finish I got a great experience of Becca discussing how did I want my hair styled, what would suit my face and hair texture. No pressure and just giving me her total focus. She described the Kerastase shampoo for my hair and was gentle and thorough in washing my hair. It was obvious in her professional approach to me the customer that she enjoyed her career and was very skilled in the Saks way of doing things. My cut and dry left me feeling fabulous, and the smallest change of moving my hair parting from left to middle brought a new more purposeful look. And how she cut and styled the hair into the nape of the neck made me confident about my new look. Rebecca was neat and tidy and fully engaged with me about hair, my hair and what I was to expect. She delivered it all and I came out of the salon very satisfied with the result and confident it improved my image. I budget strictly on my hair because I don't colour my natural, lovely silver hair and keep it short. I will return for a wet cut before Christmas and look forward to seeing Rebecca again.

Blossom is such a pro with blow drying and styling. Loved my catch up with her and want my hair like this everyday!

I had my hair done by Alanis and it was honestly such a treat. She gave me a gorgeous cut that feels so easy to style, and the hair wash was heavenly — I could’ve easily nodded off! I also really appreciated how calm and relaxed the whole appointment felt — no awkward small talk, just a really peaceful experience. Can’t wait to book in again!

Amazing service, told Roxy exactly what I wanted and she did exactly what I explained while explaining how she does it. The atmosphere is great and welcoming as well; clean, colourful and cheerful. I always come here for my maintenance cuts and I never leave disappointed.
