I've been going to Saks for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The girls, and Jonathan, are really high standard professional and they truly care for your hair using superior products and their expertise is phenomenal. It's a relaxing and fun experience on every visit and I look forward to it everytime, Thanks to Roxy who is my stylist....where she goes I'm following.

Had my 1st appointment with Alanis. She listened to my thoughts as I needed a totally new style but was a little nervous. Alanis got it straight away... perfect cut and style. We chatted about the colour and I booked another appointment for a colour in a couple of weeks. She did a quick patch test there and then. So we are good to go. My hair is in her hands. She was so professional and friendly. The salon is lovely as well as the team I spoke to. The big bonus for me is late nights as I can go on my way home. Thanks ladies for the lovely warm welcome.

Becca did a great job as always .Was able to discuss what I wanted and she advised me on what was best for my hair.

Even though I just needed a quick tidy as I'm growing out a hair style I felt as though I was still given special treatment

Staff are very friendly, I have been a customer for over 8 years now or maybe more, I’m always happy with there services and all the hairstylists are amazing in their own expertise and I enjoy my appointments.

Went back to Saks today after trying other hairdressers and I’m glad I did. The new premises are much bigger and very sophisticated. Warm greeting from staff on arrival. Hair done by Roxy , she discussed everything with me beforehand. A great cut, really happy with it .

Roxy is an excellent talented professional Hair stylist. She always starts with an in-depth consultation and then we always come to a decision about what we are going to do? My hair is so changeable but l am always reassured that l have Roxy’s expertise and skill to guide me and give me the best colour that suits my skin and hair. I would definitely recommend her, she has so much experience and many skills. One of the best hair stylists l have ever been to! Thank you x

As soon as I sat down in the chair Amy KNEW we were going for a change & I was so happy that she seemed to enjoy what we decided on!! Every appointment with Amy is one I look forward too & I always leave feeling confident with my hair! Everyone is the salon is always so lovely & the new place is stunning!! Amy always helps me deciding on what’s going to be best for me with what I ask for & always answers all my questions! Can literally show her a picture & she just does it on my head!! Amazing!

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the brand new Salon this morning!! Jonathan has outdone himself with his Autumn theme, and the Salon is warm and inviting!! Kisha as usual was on top form today, advising me on my colour, suggesting a lovely blowdry for my birthday, and sending me home feeling like a new and rejuvenated elderly lady!! The cappuccinos and biscoffi were great too!!

Been coming to see Keisha now for around 5 years, always does a great job, lovely person as are the whole salon. New salon looks really nice too, thanks guys.

Today I had an appointment just as the Salon opened - arrived early and was surprised to be welcomed in with a lovely cappuccino and lots of smiles!! 😊 As usual, Kisha was on top form with her colour advice, and I walked out feeling like a princess with a gorgeous new shade of red, a lovely haircut, and a perfect blow-dry!!
