Roxy has once again excelled herself doing my hair. I always give her free rein of what to do and every time she exceeds my expectations. Her customer service skills are second to none, she is the most gorgeous person inside and out and always goes above and beyond in everything sje does.

Visited Roxy today for a cut and blow dry. Rachel did my hair in December when Roxy was off. Honestly it’s always a good cut, and well worth travelling from Normanby. I only get it highlighted once a year due to already being blonde and they keep it in great condition.

Saks in Redcar is a great place to relax and unwind whilst having your hair done. A drink on arrival and great conversation it's always such a pleasant experience. All the girls and Jonathan have years of experience and I would trust any one of them to style my hair. They go regularly on courses getting up to date with the latest trends and I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism, they definitely know their trade. Well worth the money spent.

I didn’t know what I wanted but Amy made great suggestions and talked me through every step and offering advice on styling at home. Very pleased with the result and will be booking again in the future for something a bit more drastic maybe!

Lost my hair to chemotherapy for cancer last year and came in for my first cut and colour since it has regrown. Very pleased with the result, which has boosted my confidence and made me feel more like me again!

Today I was in SAKS with Kisha for my monthly colour, treatment, cut and blow dry!! I was thrilled to discover that I was eligible for their New Year Special, so only paid £69 for my visit!!
Today Kisha went the extra mile to explain some new colours to me, and then cut and restyled my hair, so I walked out feeling like a new woman!!

I never leave the salon without feeling like I've had a lush experience. Not only because of the fabulous job, time and effort Roxy puts into my hair. But the attention, care and laughs I have with all the crew! :)

Wow!! 😲😁 I can't believe that today I had a full head tint, an intense conditioner, a brand new haircut, and a blow-dry and straightening for only £69!! Very very happy - Kisha as usual was kind, patient and gave great advice on my new restyle!! This special is only for January and February, so make sure you book quickly!!

I accidentally cut a big chunk of my hair after picking up the wrong type of scissors, right at the front of my head.
I rang with the hopes getting my hair fixed, and they had me in within an hour!! Super friendly team, very understanding. Roxy did an absolutely amazing job fixing my hair, and I now have some very lovely bangs! Can't sing her praises enough!

It was my first time at the salon. Amy talked me through everything she was going to do, gave me advice where I needed it whilst listening to what I wanted. She was amazing! My hair looks gorgeous I’m obsessed with it! I got a shaggy cut and colour which she styled really nicely too and gave me tips on how to style at home x

I have been getting my hair done by Rachel for years now and every time it’s absolutely perfect and in perfect condition couldn’t ask for a better stylist she sorted my hair out for me when I box dyed it black and she got it back to blonde how I wanted and in perfect condition really is the best stylist and makes you feel so comfortable and not awkward at all .
