I left my hair appointment until the last minute as I don’t live local. I was attending an annual awards ceremony up at Kirkleatham and wanted to look my best. I popped into Saks in the off chance I could have an appointment and they kindly did. Blossom was fantastic she was polite she listened to what I wanted and she was very professional and friendly. Thank you for a lovely experience and I will be calling again when visiting Redcar.

Been coming to Blossom to cut my hair since January this year. Blossom listens and works with you on how to get you the style you want and make it work for you. She’s a great laugh and can chat to you about literally anything. I got my hair bleached and toned for the first time this year and she was fantastic when it came to discussing colours and tones.

Roxy is my regular hair dresser. She is friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I was pleased with my salon experience and the service provided by her. All staff are helpful and friendly.

Like it easy to manage

Becca was very accommodating with my disability. She did my hair beautifully and I enjoyed getting my hair done too. It was a relaxing environment.

We went into saks today for our annual back to school hair cut with the big decision that my 7 year old would be donating 10inches of her hair to LPT, Roxy as always was incredible with my daughter ( they are best friend forever now)
Could ask for a better stylist to take on such a big responsibility but she made it so exciting for my daughter, we always love our trips to saks, and we loved sharing this special moment with the team

I went to enquire about having the K Scan and was booked in the next day!I had the absolute luxury of Becca - now my new lovely hairdresser!- spending the afternoon with me giving me great advice and styling tips.She is very knowledgeable regarding the K Scan and taught me about the structure and health of my hair. Becca really listened and restyled my hair in a way that I can recreate at home. I had a tailored hair treatment which felt so nourishing and purchased two of the recommended hair products from the Kerastase range which came with a very nice bag and some samples and a room diffuser!As a new customer I received 50% off my first haircut.Becca was very easy to talk to and gave me full confidence in what she was doing.She is an excellent hairdresser.She made it a wonderful experience and true to her word I left feeling much happier with my hair!The bottled water and coffee were very nice too!

I have been going to this Salon for many years and never disappointed with my experience. The girls and Jonathan are highly trained and keep up with the trends of today. I trust each one of them implicitly. The hair products they use are Kerastase and their treatments are excellent. I had one recently after highlights and my hair has never felt better. I recommend this Salon for a really professional look.

I like that my hairdresser doesn't speak much. I dislike all small talk. The head massage when washing hair is fab but almost 147 pound for a multi brown and blonde hair colour ombre which turns brassy rather quickly is not something I would recommend in all honesty. I also dislike that only new customers get a discount x

Please can we have some massage chairs.

Lovely cut and blow dry by Blosdon but as cut in middle parting front slightly longer on one side. Needs to be cut where parting sits.

Also Blossom said she would Buffon with a large curler but never happened.

Still loved her aura and my hair. Just need to negotiate the parting I want.
