Such a lovely friendly atmosphere in the Saxs salon , all the stylists are lovely and make you feel very welcome , the lovely Roxy who styles and cuts my hair is always ready to offer help and advice on colour styles and cuts , it’s a great Salon . Good coffee as well .

Went for my first time today and my stylist was Jonathan! My experience was fantastic he went through exactly what I wanted to achieve and advised accordingly! The girls were also amazingly friendly and made me feel so welcome! The added bonus was a lot of giggles and a lovely posh coffee. Would highly recommend and can’t wait for my next apt x

Amazing from start to finish! Was immediately welcomed by staff as soon as I came in and was attended to immediately. Becca was absolutely lovely and gave me exactly what I wanted. Prices are exceptional for the service. Would recommend 100%.

Roxy is always extremely professional. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about colour and cutting hair. At the start of my salon visits she always takes time to talk to me and review my hair since the previous visit, offering her professional advice. We then decide what treatment l will be having. Roxy always talks me through the whole treatment as she is doing my hair, spending time colouring, cutting and styling it. She is an extremely talented hair stylist and l would certainly recommend Roxy. Overall the whole team at Redcar are a lovely friendly talented bunch!

What a lovely lady Becca is and I was beyond happy with my hair not an easy to please person tbf I've had some really horrible experiences thank you Becca for restoring my faith in hairdressers and thank you even more for the great cut and excellent colours ❤️

Once again, the amazing Roxy has worked her magic on taming my mane. My colour and trim looks fantastic, she's so patient with me while i decide over my fringe😆.

True to form, Kisha was so upbeat and friendly, offering me a lovely cappuccino and biscuits as soon as I booked in for my appointment, so welcome on such a cold and windy day!!
Kisha advised me on my colour preferences, which motivated me to book another appointment for colour, cut and finish next Friday!!
Needless to say, I was very pleasantly surprised to hear about the £75 special, prompting me to book a further appointment for 4 weeks after my next colour!!
Over the past 5 years I have recommended Kisha and her fellow stylists to dozens of friends and family members; all have been more than satisfied with the service at SAKS Redcar!!

The best hairdresser I’ve been to, to date. I last got my hair done 7 months ago just before having a baby so my hair was a disgrace. Jonathan recommended getting balayage done and so we went with it. I could have cried with the job he’s done. My hair looks so fresh and healthy. Done to the most professional standard. Gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I didn’t think I’d manage fully getting rid of the red colour and was offered ways I hadn’t even heard of before, and it worked! In addition, my hair was silkier, shinier, the perfect colour, and cut to perfection. Also, the service was spot on from everyone there - I was constantly offered anything such as tea/coffee, my coat was hung up for me, and there was just general comfortability/kindness.

Went through every step in a lot of detail to figure out exactly what I wanted and Amy didn’t disappoint. My hair is perfect and I’m obsessed <3

My first visit, Saks with Roxy was recommended to me by a neighbour. Now I am extremely fussy about my hair and very rarely am I 100% satisfied but NOT today, it’s 110% satisfaction, thanks Roxy I absolutely love the cut and style, I did say to Roxy my fringe was a bit short, but apologies Roxy, it’s spot on! LOVE IT! Will definitely be seeing you in the future. BRILLIANT!!

Always excellent service from Kisha. Always friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and valued. Always discusses and advises the best way to cut and style my hair as well as how to care for it. She makes a trip to the salon a very satisfying, happy experience.

I have been with kisha for over 2 years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Has always done an amazing job with my many different hair colours and always kept my hair in the best condition!

As usual I was met with a friendly welcome and cup of tea. Amy did a wonderful job on my hair checking in with me throughout making sure I got the colour and style I wanted.

Brilliant professional Job. I trust becca 100% with my hair and she doesn't fail. She has saved my hair 2 years before along with a friendly telling off about my addiction to bleach and how close i was to loosing it all. I finally listened and am currently growing out the years of bleach abuse and was given the best advice on what cut/ highlights/ care etc was best moving forward then executed amazingly of course by becca. It exceeded the result I thought I was going to get with my first sitting of a long road. Both the colour of the highlights etc to blend my natural growth and the condition of my hair is gorgeous, better than expected. Feels and looks so healthy already. Becca always goes the extra. Thank you and see you in 8 weeks for the next round.

I have been lucky enough to have had Becca colouring and styling my hair for 6 years now and I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Big changes, hair emergencies, lockdown roots and all, she has never ever let me down. I trust and love Beccas work so much that I refused to get my hair done by anyone else whilst she had a little break as no one else can do it like she does. I would and have recommended Becca to many people and always enjoy coming to have her work her magic! Becca is thriving at Saks and I love the atmosphere she and the salon bring to my hair appointments!

I came to Amy asking for a hair transformation after years of box dying and bleaching my hair at home. I was so nervous as I had been to a hairdressers once previous to this, not only did the whole team at Saks make me feel so welcome - Amy managed to get the stubborn red out of my hair and I feel more confident than ever! Not been to get my hair done for a few months. It was lovely to be pampered again. Time was taken to discuss exactly what I wanted. Very knowledgeable and good advice given. My hair looks and feels lovely. Also discussed future appointments as I am due to have an operation and may need to have my hair washes by them. This wasn't a problem. So lovely to feel a bit special for a few hours . Thank youp

I hated my hair before Becca got her magic hands on it. Transformed me from boring long hair that had no style to a 90s bouncy shoulder length bombshell and I absolutely love it!! I showed her photos of what I would like and Becca gave me the best advice possible on how to adjust it to suit me. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair now

My hair looks amazing now I love the nice fresh blonde hair also gave me some good tips on what shampoo to get thank you I love it.
