Myself and my partner always love coming to Amy for our hair cuts. Amy is always on time, asks many questions and ensure our comfort through our time at the salon. The salon itself is always clean, organised, and the staff collaborate effectively. For us, we come back to Saks because we know will get the style we love, at a reasonable price, and have a service bespoke to us.

Erin is an excellent hair stylist. She listens to your preference on style, she is knowledgeable and very friendly. Love the way she cuts my hair!

Becca has done a great job on my new Bob cut. Really understood my hair type. It’s the second cut and best Bob cut I’ve ever had.

My hair had got completely out of control and I asked Becca for advice, her suggestion and the cut was amazing.

Kiera was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. She followed my instructions and gave me advice which was taken on board. All in all, an enjoyable experience. 🙂

Becca - what can I say about her - well she is obviously amazing at what she does (hence the reason she has been cutting and colouring my hair for the last 15 years) and she is the loveliest person ever. My hair feels and looks so much better since Becca started styling it. Becca is very caring and takes time to discuss every part of the process. The products used are amazing.

Erin was really friendly and made me feel very welcome. She's cut my hair fantastic I absolutley love it. I e already pre booked for my next one. Erin also gave some idea of maybe some highlights would look nice so I'm having a think about them too. 10000% would recommend Erin, and also the salon is beautiful so relaxing and always smells lovely in there l.

I am 54 in menopause and unfortunately chose a hairdresser who didn’t care, snapped all my hair and that’s when I met Jonathon the super hero hairdresser. He was transparent that it wasn’t a quick fix in fact it would take a year… fast forward to today and my hair is not only how I want it but even better than I ever dreamed as an older lady. I wouldn’t go anywhere else (and I travel 35 mins)

Great experience in the salon today as always! Amy did my colour and Blossom fitted my extensions. Absolutely gorgeous ladies and I could not be happier with my service.

Blossom gave me exactly what I was looking for! She took her time trimming my hair back bit by bit until I was happy with the length and then shaped it perfectly. Will be coming back for sure!

Lovely hair cut but disappointed with the price. Very expensive. I didn’t ask for a treatment as I had one last time. My bill was £78 which is very expensive for a cut and blow dry. Lovely stylist and nice haircut but not sure if I will return because of the cost .

I honestly can't praise Blossom enough. I was so nervous about making a change to my hair and she was so lovely and patient! She even helped me decide on what shade/colour to go for. Blossom done wonders with my hair and she is honestly such a lovely person in general! I can go on all day about how nice she was, and how comfortable she made me feel. I'll definitely be booking back in with her. The salon as a whole is a gorgeous place and staff seem beyond kind. The salon was clean and has such a nice relaxing atmosphere.

This is my second visit to Saks. Erin is a credit to your Company. She is the first stylist that has actually listened to exactly how I wanted my colour and style. Very friendly and helpful.
Would 100% reccomend.
