What can I say, Kisha goes the extra mile every time I attend the salon. My hair looks amazing and I feel so much better than I did before my appointment. The colour looks lovely and the little cut really made my curls bounce. Thank you for your first class service as always ❤️

Was recommended Erin by my mum. I hadn’t had my hair cut in ages and I was a bit nervous about having a new hairdresser doing my hair. I don’t know why I was so nervous as Erin put me a total ease as soon as I sat on the chair. I explained what I wanted and showed a picture I had for inspiration. Throughout the entire process Erin explained what she was doing and why, such a lovely girl and friendly manner (felt like I had known her for years) I’m so happy with my haircut and I booked in for my next appointment straightaway! The salon was super clean, friendly atmosphere and such a fabulous first experience there. 100% recommend the salon and Erin 🥰

I had a great time at rhe salon. Kisha is amazing and understanfa my curly frizzy hair. This time as well as my cut and blowdry I aakes for a kerastase treatmemt and went with Kisha's recommendation
My hair is softer, hydrated and less frizzy. 🙂 I am really pleased with the result.

Had the most wonderful welcome by Blossom who gave me all the advice I needed for my hair. She was polite, understanding and explained things in detail. She showed high confidence and I immediately trusted her with my hair transitioning. The rest of the staff are just as amazing as the moment I walked through the door I was greeted with friendly smiles and and a warm welcome!

I live far away from Redcar but I saw Saks advertising online and decided to go there. I had a consultation about a month prior and the staff were very kind and friendly and the atmosphere is calm and not as loud as I would have expected for a salon. I booked an appointment for me and my mum and we went yesterday and it was lovely. The staff explained clearly what they were going to do next and gave me options to choose what I wanted and were always very careful and thoughtful. My appointment didn't cost as much as I thought it would and I will definitely be going back ☺️

This was my second time visiting the salon. First time was for a cut, this time a colour. I have curly hair and have been looking for someone that specialises in this. Blossom has been great. Has cut my hair so that it now actually has shape, and has done a fantastic colour. She chats through everything with you and totally puts you at ease. Already booked in for my next appointment.
