Bronwyn was so lovely during my appt. She was an absolute angel with my hair, cut it exactly how I wanted and made it so healthy again. She was so helpful with me trying to figure out some previously colour problems and we had a great chat, I felt so welcome

Eyebrows were done amazing by Kris! I then had a wash, cut and Blow-dry after by Shanice (my first at Urban Oasis) and she done an amazing job! Hair is like silk and generally a lovely girl! I'll defo be getting my hair done here from now on.

I hadn’t seen Jazz for several months due to illness and as always she was caring and sensitive to my needs. She gave me advice of how to look after my new growth of hair and when to next get it trimmed.

First time getting my brows waxed as I usually maintained them myself but I’m more than happy with the final look. They’re so much better!

As always Julie was great, she does a fab job and really goes for those stubborn hairs

The young lady who I think was Chloe done my eyebrows perfect like last time. I’m very happy with treatment and will highly recommend her to others.

I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in. The therapist were running a little behind however offered a drink whilst I waited. The therapist was very professional and made me feel at ease.
Every step was explained and the result is amazing.
I'll be returning, as the treatment menu is vast and also competitive in prices.

Come weekly to build up my holiday tan, always freindly service from all staff! Good deals, good prices, does exactly what I need.

Me and my friend have children and we alternate on the sunbeds whilst the other watches the kids. The babies started crying which of course we understand isn’t what is wanted in a salon and we wouldn’t of minded waiting outside, however when I swapped to get in the beds instead of being told there was a problem whilst the both of us were there, the girls waited until I went on my bed and not even a minute later asked my friend to wait outside in the rain with 2 kids and 2 babies so she had to push 2 prams on her own. I just believe that this was unfair and am quite upset overall at the way we were treated. We ugly mums need a bit of a tan too and just a shame the way the situation was dealt with

I was visiting on holiday and decided to get my hair done and eyebrows waxed. Both Chris and Bronwyn were very friendly and welcoming to me. They were professional and listened to what I wanted. I was very happy with the service and the price was reasonable too.

So relaxing and straightforward every time I visit the salon. Perfect job always well done ?

I love getting my lashes done here they make me feel so much more confident. The price is decent and not outrageous like alot of places and the lashes last for at least 14/ 20 days.

Kefran made me feel at ease instantly with her warm nature. She talked me through step by step what she was doing throughout the treatment which put me at ease further. It felt like I was just chatting with an old friend during the whole thing. The results of my lash lift were amazing! Very impressed and would definitely get another.
