Shan always makes me feel so comfortable in appointments. She takes time to explain the products, checks in with me about after care and lets me know when she is going to remove wax so I’m prepared! So glad that I decided on Urban Oasis when I moved here!

Maria is always polite and very welcoming on all the times I’ve been coming to the salon. I came in today to go on the sunbed and my minutes are short I have spoken to Maria about this. I came in on Wednesday and I had 111 minutes. I’m sure I had 18 on Wednesday didn’t come in on Thursday came in again today which is Friday had another 18 minutes and it’s only showing that I have 56 minutes left. This is incorrect. Should be 75. Could someone please look into this for me? I would be grateful staff are ,always pleasant always look nice and tidy. You have a good team working for you.

Soraia did an amazing spa facial was very pleased with result . However this was supposed to be a relaxing treat and all I could hear was thumping music ! Not good for Spa treatments. Soraia said next time could ask for the quiet room upstairs. Surely this should be where relaxing treatments are done. So although done well by a lovely Therapist while experience spoilt and I was not relaxed !!!!
