Soiria is really good. She is always pro at what she does. I feel really confident with her and she knows my body so well now. I'm really glad I've developed a working relationship wuth her, as it saves us from starting from scratch with another a therapist.

Maria is amazing and did a fantastic job. She is always so helpful and friendly.

Just had a spray tan which was a great experience. I was talked through the whole process and felt at ease.

Went in for a stand up sun bed & came out with my tan topped up & a nose piercing!
I spontaneously asked Maria about getting my nose pierced because it was one of the deals of the month.
Maria was brilliant, answering all my silly questions, making me feel at ease & giving me all the relevant info I needed.
The room was very clean & hygienic.

Great staff lovely treatment

Treatments were great and a good price. I think the treatments could be enhanced by some spa music, whilst background noise from the salon can’t be helped, the noise of a hoover wasn’t particularly relaxing.

I loved how chatty the staff are

Had a wax and was left with bruising, lifted skin and missed spots. Accountability was not taken by the owners and it was said that they “didn’t know how I had such a bad experience”. I received an £11 refund for the wax that I paid £55 for because they didn’t take into consideration the fact the Hollywood was actually the most expensive service compared to the others I received. Wouldn’t recommend.

We had an express Japanese head spa and a mini facial, with an added mini hand and arm massage and we really enjoyed it. It’s our second time and we already can’t wait to come back for a third time!! It’s so relaxing and our face & hair feels amazing!! The service we received from the reception, treatments and everything in between is just top tier and professional. The girls have magic hands!!!

I called up in the morning on a whim trying to get a haircut for that day I know this can be near impossible sometimes however I was able to get an appointment for an hours time. I arrived early and had a cup of tea as I had to wait a little over the appointment time but I was not disgruntled by this as they were able to accommodate my short notice haircut. I ended up having a restyle and it was not too much trouble at all. I was also informed of the price change. I am very happy with my cut and the prices were very reasonable too. I picked up their leaflet and noticed all the treatments available so o enquiry about having my lashes done and surprisingly I was able to get an appointment straight away. I have had a patch test and will be going back for some highlights. I left feeling a little bit pampered.

I took my daughter for a japanese head spa for her birthday. I was blown away with the way her hair and also my hair looked and felt. It was so relaxing. The two ladies we had put us at ease and we're so lovely. Will definitely be going back.

Walked into Urban Oasis hoping to get my eyebrows done. Less than an hour later Id had brows done and a haircut, the staff were very friendly and Im extremely pleased with both brows and Hair. All for less than £30. I'll definitely be going back

Yeah, I really like Soiria a lot. She's really professional at what she does (I think so). I think she is totally amazing and think she is really cute and pretty. I like her personality, even though I don't know her that well. But I think she is really good at what she does and is always professional.

Soraia gave an exceptional massage - deeply relaxing, perfectly tailored, and delivered with genuine care and professionalism. I left feeling calm, re-energised, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

Tried a new service today. Hybrid tint and brow wax. Stylist was kind enough to go through the colour with me before proceeding (as it’s a different shade than I usually get) I’m so pleased with the result and colour. Always a pleasure

Made me feel welcome on my first visit. Salon was lovely, light and relaxing. Was really pleased with my haircut. Will certainly return for further appointments.

Outside sunbed music too loud & heard cleaning so not easy to relax. Aromatherapy but couldn't smell the lavender
