Booked in with Soraia for cupping massage and microdermabrasion and she was very professional made me feel at ease the whole time making sure I was okay the whole time during both treatments. During the cupping massage asked me how I like the pressure to make sure she wasn’t hurting would highly recommend it was a lovely massage and amazing microdermabrasion. Will definitely be booking back in ❤️

I had a sunbed on my last visit. I have been coming here since 2017, and I will remain loyal to Urban Oasis, regardless of recent rumours! My favourite is Norma, she is always very professional, very welcoming and always presents herself very smart and professional looking. I would not hesitate to book any treatments with Norma, as I personally feel she is a walking advertisement. Norma is an asset to this wonderful salon.

Excellent service all round

Shanice was lovely and made me feel very welcome! Unfortunately, there were some issues with water temperature and it being freezing cold on more than one occasion when she's put it on my headN but she remained very professional and apologised and managed to finishel the wash. She was very at ease and made me feel comfortable. I had explained that I wanted to have the 'dead ends' cut of my hair which would have been about 2 inches or so. She explained this would have to be charged as a restyle which I accepted as I needed it done. However, I do feel that £33.00 for what was only a decent trim and straight cut with no actual styling or layering completed (and the hair around my face was not even cut) is a little steep price wise. I had a blow dry finish and my style was the same as I came in just slightly shorter. Shanice was lovely and I am happy with the cut all be it a few strays and some shape missing. I felt i was happy enough to pay and go but not sure if i would return mainly due to price.

Just had a full body massage this morning and was not disappointed! Soraia was amazing and very professional ? I feel so relaxed and for that reason I booked to come back to see Soraia in the new year!!!

I love this place- although I’m an anxiety nightmare for them- had eyebrows done (was made a last minute appointment to get the deal) and had my hair cut- I love it- I always do when I get a chance to have it done ❤️

I cams in recently for a spray tan. Was my 1st spray tan after have my daughter so was nervous but was made to feel comfortable and had everything explained first

I had the bamboo massage with Norma. I’ve never tried this before and am experiencing a lot of pain due to suffering with fibromyalgia. Norma was extremely knowledgeable of my condition and could see where my inflammation was. I came away feeling relaxed afterwards and the pain had practically gone in the days that followed. We discussed the cupping treatment and benefits. I had this yesterday and it was unusual but not painful. I’m looking forward to seeing what responses my fibromyalgia has to this. Norma is a really lovely knowledgeable therapist that make you feel comfortable during your treatments.

Last week I had my nails done and still going strong and still much happier, thanks to you norma ???

Lashes and brows this time but have had many visits to this salon. The range of services they offer is wide and being able to relax with some food and an amazing drinks menu is an added bonus. Well done once again ?

Shanice did an amazing job on my thick out of shape hair from start to finish. Products smelt amazing as well.

I have been coming here a few years now. I would not go anywhere else. The service is second to none. I have my hair, eyebrows, eyelashes all done here and would not go anywhere else. The quality is really good. I love the credits I get for using the service and also love the fact that everyone is friendly compared to others in the town. I always feel welcomed and never judged. Thank you for all you do and see you soon. :)

Visited today for a stand and tan. Very helpful and friendly staff. They also provide many other services, may try a massage next time :) 100% recommend a visit
