Whenever I go into this Salon it’s always extremely welcoming and very clean.
So pleased to have found this aptly named place which is like a one stop shop for treatments, hair care and wellbeing. Professional service but friendly and welcoming. The therapists that I've met so far are women who understand that their clients are individuals and made an effort to make me feel comfortable in addition to providing excellent treatments. I really love that UO provides lots of ongoing training for their team too. I'll be back and have no hesitation in recommending.

Kriz is the BEST at doing my eyebrows. I get wax and tint done monthly and I literally have people come up to me and compliment my brows! I wouldn't use anyone else.
