I was at a lose end to get my hair & make up sorted for a family party, luckily I managed to get booked into MF. Even though I was so last minute and rushed the service wasn’t. Sian was great from start to finish my hair make up really compliment each other. Siam asked all the right questions fully understood what I wanted and cracked on. Kate is so lovely, second time I have had her cut my hair and been so pleased with the final result. She is very precise and even took the time to balance out my cut as one side of my hair is thicker than the other, attention to detail is unmatched! I went in to the salon for a complete colour transformation. After box dyeing my hair for 12+ years with blue/black I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get much lift out of the colour. I wasn’t familiar with many of the hair dressing terms to explain what it was I wanted, so I came armed with a few photos and just a description “I’d like some honey chocolate hair!” Kate was so great and helped put into words what it was we could achieve in one session based on my hair and was so tentative making sure we were going to achieve the final look I was hoping for. She took her time and I felt really looked after. The result was so gorgeous, my hair has beautiful tones running through it now which has given it a lovely warm texture. She styled it expertly at the end and taught me how I could continue to achieve that same look with my hairdryer and straighteners at home, she talked me through the product that would keep the colour the best and I look forward to my next session. Thanks so much Kate! The salon was very covid safe and I would highly recommend. All the staff were really warm and welcoming *****
