All the girls are so lovely and helpful. Today I wanted a new cream with a dark tan. The young lady told me to have a tingle sachet and she wasn’t wrong! Love it! Thank you.

I have used sunbeds all over the world with Hot Chocolate being the best. Fantastic customer service, very clean, COVID compliant and always a pleasure to use.

All the girls are lovely,
The place is always always clean and I love the new buzzers so I can sit in my car and wait if they are busy.
I didn't like the new timer count down as I felt it didn't give me enough time, (to get all my clothes off and put the cream on) so I spoke to one of the girls and she made it a bit longer for me.
