This was my first time using the beds at Hot Chocolate, was met at reception with a lovely lady, very polite and acknowledged me, gave me lots of information.
When I went in my bed room, the area was lovely and clean, there was deodorant, wipes, tissues, a full length mirror too, I thought the deodorant and the wipes was a really lovely touch.
The actual beds were incredibly clean, all tubes working.
My first experience was so positive I would highly recommend Hot Chocolate to others without any problems.

Great salon & staff..lots of laydown sunbeds it would be perfect if you had a choice of different radio stations or CDs to listen to whilst tanning.

Lovely service as always, very friendly team

A polished and clean environment. Easy to get to and park. Always offers on the beds and there’s toiletries in the room, which is a nice touch. Sometime there’s a queue outside but the max I’ve waited is only ~15mins.

As soon as you walk in tge salon it's like that 'on holiday' feeling.its very tropical like ,themed. Absolutely spotless immaculate salon. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very uplifting as soon as I walk I. Great offers on.

Back after a couple months and there’s been a turn over of staff, the new like to apply more pressure to purchase their packages and standards seems to have slipped slightly, no wipes in the booth and the shop had an odd smell inside. Welcome not as warm as it was.

Very clean, very professional but the sunbeds are desperately in need of re-tubing! Please can they be done soon, it's costing us the user a fortune in minutes
