I have used hot chocolate before over the last 5 years and I have recently started working in the area so I am able to come in more regularly. The customer service was brilliant from lisa Dixon she really helped me as she gave me advice on what cream to use as I haven't been on a tanning bed for a while, she was really friendly and made me feel comfortable too. I will definitely recommend the salon to friends.

Came back to the salon today after over year away to find the staff just as friendly and helpful, and the salon had undergone a funky makeover. Salon spotlessly clean just how I remember it, which is who I came back

Excellent staff very clean

I just visited for my visit time using sun beds and found it to be a very pleasant experience thanks to the lovely girl on the desk. I tried the rainbow one which I thought was really good and the music made the time go very quick. Very clean and tidy and very helpful with all my questions, roll on the next time I'm able to go use them to get my base tan for my holiday

The salon is always beautifully clean and the staff are helpful, attentive and really friendly. Service has always been fantastic, prices are very reasonable with great offers and rewards on a regular basis. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

Best sun beds I've used in a long time! You actually get a tan! Nice salon with friendly staff and some good offers too.

Lovely welcome from friendly staff. Full instructions given and no pressure to buy anything after my free trial (but I did anyway).

Fantastic , fab job, very pleased

Really am very pleased with my nails today, I normally have extensions but decided to try overlays on my own nails with shellac, very pleased with the outcome. Thanks to Lucy for her time & the end result & also to Kat for her help with colours. Very friendly staff & salon ????

Best tanning salon I've ever used.

I have been coming to hot chocolate for years now both for sunned use and more recent years to have my nails done also.
The staff are what makes the difference to any other sunbed place I have used, friendly and get to know their clients well.
What's great is you can have a catch up and a giggle at the same time as having some pampering time it makes all the difference to the clients and very much received, they are all nuts but fabulous with it!! Keep up the great work ladies :)
